Webuycars Germiston is the worst place to deal with. No one updates you, no one cares. From the manager James to the accounting team led by Ceilia Erasmus to their rude customer care agent Ronsleigh Van Royen I hope I never have to deal with any of these people ever
My buying experience has not been pleasant - I’m stuck with a vehicle that’s not even a month old but the permit expired, the license disk is expired and passed the 21 days grace perioud. No assistance with a permit or courtesy car. I found out that there were add ons to my finance that I never authorised, scratch and dent covers for a bakkie, and warranties. I thought going to a reputable VW dealer would make the purchase smooth and stress free, but nope.
I have ongoing issues with webuycars so this is an odd review, all these starts are for Mpho Muravha, who’s is a client care advisor at webuycars. From the first moment you speak with her, you feel like everything will be alright, I have an ongoing case but I feel like everything will be alright. Thank you for your care and professionalism.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with WeBuyCars. I have bought and sold 3 cars with them. I bought a Nissan np300 hardbody less than a month ago. Everything was listed as in good condition except the CV joints which were noted to be noisy. In the middle of the highway the car just caught heavy smoke on the exhaust and the engine and leaks a lot of oil, I switched it off trying to get to the side of the road because it was revving itself loudly. I called AA to tow the car and contacted Webuycars. This was Thursday but no one has reached out. I called and got assisted by a very rude and dismissive Gerald who said my case was assigned to Mathaphelo. I am trying to call and not getting any help. I have not even received the papers for the car. This is a major problem that was not mentioned
Aadilah is a super star, the call was a bit long but everything went smoothly, I was engaged the entire time

I have been with Cartrack for 4 years on my old car with no issues.I just bought a new car and bought the R99 tracking device from Cartrack. I they just debited R218.79 twice. Which as cost me R10 reversing that. I am not happy at all.
Spam sms everyday, many times a day. I have rep**** STOP and OPT OUT and STOP:OUT more than ten times but the sms do not stop
I was assisted by Faith Mothwa and she was an absolute superstar, after a full year with Miway she managed to reduce my premium. Very happy with that and her brilliant customer service
I was completely ignored at Decofurn Amarosa collections yesterday. We all gave a short coloured gentleman with bald head our order numbers and 1 by 1 orders came out, people inspected at left. I was the only one waiting for over 30min, then 2 other white ladies came and they got assisted, now I interrupted and asked the gentleman what’s the hold up, turns out he forgot about me and for almost an hour of me sitting and waiting right infront of them no one bothers to come ask if I’ve been assisted. I ended up missing my 4pm appointment. Very disappointing customer service from the short bald headed gent. The worst in fact
