Constantly going from pillar to post. Today I went onto secure chat as vouchers I purchased were not reflecting - engaged with 3 consultants, no one assisted and all dropped me one after the other after explaining the same thing 3 times.
I explored the option of an alternative insurance provider, but due to poor service and lack of response from the Aon (broker) and Santam, I decided to not go forth and requested a cancellation and instead stay with my existing provider; MiWay. I received confirmation that the cancellation was processed. yet I was still debited for a service I do not have, want, or need!

As a FNB client since 2010 I can confirm that no matter your account you have, the service is equally terrible. Private Wealth being one of the worst out there, right next to private clients - Rather do Investec (who I have been transitioning to). Getting service from FNB is pointless, advisors are not trained and there is no QA to ensure that they providing half decent service. I don't even know who my private banker is - Been waiting on a call since Dec - he/she does one ring and drops. Did a call back request last week (or the week before) via secure chat, they could not inform me when I will be called - spoiler alert, I was not called - AT ALL. I don't even know what type of account I have anymore, it automatically changes from Private Clients fusion to Wealth. I was at the branch in Long Street CPT today - to collect a new card that was again sent. This card says Private Clients fusion, yet on System I am a Wealth fusion client. I asked my account to be downgraded from Wealth - I received no call as promised (requested this 30 Jan). The downgrade was requested as the service on Private Wealth is the same as any entry level aspire or Capitec account.
As an FNB Private Account holder, there is no real benefit in the "Dedicated" Private Advisor and the Private Banking Analyst attached to each advisor. Getting any form of assistance from my advisor or analyst (Brenda & Siwaphiwe) is never without escalation - They simply will not action any request for assistance.
Made an online purchase on 1 June, delivery is 2-5 days, it is the 10th Today and still no delivery. Called to do a follow up and waited for 10minutes for a reference number which I am not sure what do with, but the call got dropped on me after 10 minutes anyway. So I am R1,399 out of pocket an HIFI Corp is doing about it and being unhelpful
MiWay debit my account on a day that is not my debit order date - as a result, the debit order failed (as I store my funds in my credit card). The failed debit order cost me R105, which was charged by my bank. A couple of days later I requested for the debit order to be re-run, this was not done, now I am having to chase up to get this resolved.
Been struggling to get any form of support and assistance from MiWay - I cannot change my policy online, and the consultants either hang up, go silent, leave the chat etc. I am paying for house insurance on a home I do not own and sold in November, I cannot get this house removed but I am billed for it monthly.
The car is white, the bonnet was sprayed cream, Grills, lights etc. not sitting flush and 1 light shines forward and the other to the floor. The damaged/broken badge was not replaced. Aircon was not working. To cover up their poor workmanship, they widened the fenders to made the gaps look even, but now with the bonnet closed, I can see the engine. Clips and plugs are laying loose under the bonnet and just dangling around waiting to set the car on fire. Spot lights are not in position, it is just there in the bumper looking like trash
Accident on 03 September (first since joining MiWay 5 years ago) - the worst experience ever. MiWay sent the car to the cheapest, low budget repair shop in order to save money at the expense of their clients. I am tired of their generic responses, which will most likely follow this complain too.
