The car is white, the bonnet was sprayed cream, Grills, lights etc. not sitting flush and 1 light shines forward and the other to the floor. The damaged/broken badge was not replaced. Aircon was not working. To cover up their poor workmanship, they widened the fenders to made the gaps look even, but now with the bonnet closed, I can see the engine. Clips and plugs are laying loose under the bonnet and just dangling around waiting to set the car on fire. Spot lights are not in position, it is just there in the bumper looking like trash

Worse repair partner all partner certificates should be revoked, car was sent for repairs to damaged rims and dashboard *****s was taken out not sure what the hell it had 2 do with rim repairs. Busy doing brake replacement and mechanics are shocked to dangerous repairs done 2 car. ***** that keeps the brake disk to calaper left out guys saying im lucky nothing serious happened. Not sure how insurance companies could be using these idiots

Worst experience ever, my vehicle was sent in via an insurance claim, from within the first week of the car being there I already noticed that this was going to be a bad experience. No one calls to update you on the progress of the car, parts took around 2-3 weeks to arrive as pirate parts were being sourced for the vehicle which either did not fit correctly or was the complete wrong part thus having parts being sourced directly from the agents. Promises have been made over two weeks already stating the car will be ready for collection, and every time I call to find out if I can come and collect there is always a problem, parts don't fit, parts are still being sourced. Its been more than 6 weeks and I am still without a vehicle, no sense of urgency from this panel shop when you query or ask for an ETA. If I had known this company was this incompetent I would have taken the pay out and get the vehicle fixed privately.

So I don’t want to start anyone’s Tuesday with negativity but I have completely had it with companies not giving the services and quality they are acquired to. Everything has gone up in prices but the service and quality of MOST companies have gone down! Let me tell you my story! Firstly you guys know I’m not one to do this so it’s taken me two months to take to social media because honestly enough is enough! I had a little accident in my car! Our insurance broker sent me to Cape Peninsular Panelbeaters (CCP). I took my car there for a quote and waited to hear back from them! All was well and I took my car there the very next day. Two weeks go by and my insurance broker calls me to say that the Panel beaters have requested for a new bonnet on my car? Which was not true and only need some refurbishing. So that was the first issue! 5 weeks went by and I still never got my car! Nobody called me to tell me what was happening! I had to constantly call them and their excuse was that they were moving premises? (Cool things happen, but let your client know???) anyway they called me to fetch my car! First telling me that I need a new battery, not recalling when I got mine I just took it to Midas! I get in the car and it was FILTHY inside (my fault for not complaining but was just so happy to finally have my car back) On my way to Midas I could feel that the car wasn’t driving properly and that it was revving very high. Get to Midas lock the car manually and go inside. When I return the car doesn’t unlock! After 30 minutes of trying everything I call the panel beaters and they come to assist me. After an hour of trying they had to smash my window to get in. (CAN YOU IMAGINE MY BLOOD PRESSURE?!!) anyway I go back with them to the work shop to fix the lock and put a board on the window. When I’m there I explain to Henny how my car is driving and he laughs and says I need to get use to driving. Why because I’m a girl?!! So whatever they fix what they could and I leave to go home! Just before I’m about to get to my house the clutch burns out! After mailing and calling the boss Peter I could only get hold of him the following week. He arranged for the vehicle to be collected! Only to be with them for TWO WEEKS Before taking it to Hyundai. And guess what how convenient was it that I had to pay for my clutch?!!! Anyway I got my car back and guess who has to call who to have the window repaired - ME!!!!!! I had to call the boss Peter @ CPP once again! Finally they come out to fix the window but the don’t replace it with a smash and grab like I had? So I call Peter. Let’s just say I actually had to get rude for him to say he would replace it with smash and grab but he would have to call me back to make a booking! That was the 6th of December. Today is the 12th and STILL NOTHING?!!!!!! So i called Peter this morning only for him to tell me he forgot!!! GUYS PLEASE HELP ME NOT LOOSE MY MIND!!!! Honestly I’m so sick and tired of companies taking advantage of the consumer and then somehow still get away with it! So there’s my very long story ? not usually what I do but I’ve had enough and will be sharing this on every platform! Be careful where you take your things and it’s so sad that you have to be anal and check every little thing before handing over your goods and when you collect it! Vent not over, just out of breath!!!

<p>Cape *****ula Panelbeaters...most horrific experience ever! There was overspray on my dashboard, car seats and my car was scratched. I had to take my car back on 4 occasions if not more and it is still not fixed, been back and forth since January.</p>
