I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received while trying to return a water purifier that simply does not work as promised. I purchased it based on the features I was told it would provide, and it failed to do even the basics. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the staff kept insisting that I keep a product that does not function properly. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they made me feel like I had no choice but to keep a faulty purifier. I’m frustrated, and frankly, I feel cheated. All I am asking for is a refund for a product that does not perform as advertised. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend buying from here until they learn to stand behind what they sell.
I was excited to go to the fourways newly opened branch today, the minute I stepped in I was told to leave my trolley at the door, trolley full of my shopping when I asked why I was told because therr was an incident where someone who had a trolley stole some items, So now every customer will be painted with the same brush because you had 1 incident? In the country we live in you expect customers to leave the trolleys at the door while shopping at iniq, what is something happens to my trolley? Who will take accountability for it To worsen things is that i am expected to trust that nothing will happen to my trolley when you do not trust me not to SHOPLIFT??? Trust is a 2 way stream, this just completely killed my love for the brand and I cannot believe you could implement such a stupid rule, You want me to shop at the risk of losing my my other things, and what is I had my kids in the trolley?
My service has been off since monday morning THE 27TH FEB , i contacted your call centre and they told me it is load shedding it will be resolved, at 17h00 i called again, and i was told they need to log a call with metrofibre, i have to wait 48 hrs, no one called todate when i follow-up i was told, i have to wait 72 hours, it has been 3 days now with no service, your contact centre dont answer my calls, your whatsapp line is USELESS. Can someone please assist on this!!!!
This is the 2nd month on the row, my statement still says i owe 12k while i actually have a credit of about 4k which i paid in advance, Can this be resolved? uou contacted me promising me heaven and earth and then disappeared, can my account be fixed as this is highly unacceptable, you keep debiting me while i have a credit balance with you, what kind of finance department do you have that cant even manage a simple account.... I NEED AN IMMEDITAE RESOLUTION!!!!!
I have a credit account of R4,230 as at end of september, october i have been invoiced 17k which i do not know why, you have further debited my account this month, i have been trying to call, whatsapp, email, no response, i need clarity of this, what kind of account management is this?
My card was blocked with NO reason, i called this morning to get it unclocked and i was not assisted due to STUPID questions that i have been asked... why was my account blocked at the 1st place, i had this account for more than 10 years and now NO store is willing to assist me .... CAN YOU UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY......
I went to Hamley fourways today to go return the gift i bought for my son, i was told they cannot help me because the manager went out shopping and they do not know what time she will be back, all staff were very rude and just laughing at me, i waited over 40 minutes when the manager returned to the shop same attitude as well and told me she cannot give me a refund or voucher because the gift is opened, even though it was returned with its original box etc, eventually after my persistant she gave me a cash voucher,... i want nothing to do with this shop anymore, i want my money back i cannot be treated in this manner while i spend my own money - you really need to assess the type of employees you have, i really lost it today and i chose to never go to this shop - just give me my money and take back your cash refund voucher please.......
I have lodged a claim on the 13th December 2020 for my vehicle being involved on an accident, todate, no one from MIWAY has contacted me, i keep calling them and get the same response that they are still validating my claim, no feedback on the process while i have no car in the meantime, the person allocated to deal with my lcaim ,not sure if they even exist, i even asked for the manager to call me, to date no one is communication, what i find strange is that the person who damaged my car, her claim has been approved and in progress with the same insurance house but mine, i keep on been told they are validating, i understand the process they need to follow, but why cant you contact me to tell me the status and the timelines? i am now forced to drive the car with no rare mirror... should i be involve in an accident on top of an existing, what will happen? i pay for the car hire but MIWAY just does not care - it is festive season and panel beaters will be closing for the holidays.... why must i be treated like this? i was warned for their INEFFICIENCIES and now i am experiencing it live i just need to know what is happening with my claim as i have provided everything on my side
i am highly disappoited with the service that i have received from you... i called in to change the address where the insured goods are kept which increased my premium, i disputed that and someone from retention commited to calling me with a final premium.. todate no one has called, i then spoke to 2 people today Xolani where we had to start the process from scratch coz it seems whaever that was done on the 6th disappeared.. phone got ucut off before we could fininsh and i had to call again spoke to Wisdom, from scratch again as he couldnt pick up where xolani left off(who didnt even bother calling me back after he cut the phone)... i am now being presented 3 different premium for the same service which is very alarming - how can this be? and i am now in a more secured area with my house having all burglar but yet my premium went up - what is even more confusing this affected my cellphone cover as well which went up how can that be? my address remain unchanged while your staff keep taking me from back to forth should anything happen to me now will you cover me as this is your fault.....
For the duration of my loan, African Bank has been charging me for the insurance protection plan, i recently queried this with them anf fwded them all the documents they required, it has been a month now, no one is responding on the way fwd... it is quiet simple... I HAVE LIFE INSURANCE AND HAVE PROVIDED MY POLICY TO YOU, I NEED YOU TO PLEASE REFUND ME FOR ALL THE MONIES YOU HAVE BEEN DEBITING ME FOR THE INSURANCE, NO ONE ASKED ME TO SEND THE DOCUMENTYS THROUGH AND ALL I WANT IS MY FULL REFUND PLEASE
