I am lodging a complaint regarding the service I have received. Despite making regular payments on my account, my inquiries to resolve outstanding matters go unanswered. Additionally, I have been handed over to collection agencies/attorneys unnecessarily, and the emails and SMS communications from these parties constitute harassment. This treatment is unfair and does not reflect reasonable or professional customer service standards.
MyRunway has an excellent support department, and I must give a special mention to Carla, who resolved my issue so professionally and in record time.
Private Client Banking is a joke. You claim that this is a committed 24-hour, all-day, every-day relationship but these individuals are never available. These individuals also change without any notice or introduction, they don't even bother to introduce themselves to us as the appointed or dedicated banker because they clearly aren't that dedicated. I've been a client of FNB for roughly 28 years and never have I received such bad service until becoming a private client which is absolutely absurd because you promise a 24 hour, all day service. Dear Telkom Your service is pathetic, I cannot think of one time I had a pleasant experience dealing with you when one encounters any problem. I was ecstatic when my fibre line went live, which meant I no longer have to deal with your incompetent employees and processes. My fibre connection was installed in February and went live approximately 20th March and I have been trying to cancel my services with you since 15th March, still being billed monthly and even though my services was cut in February sometime. I have tried everything, sent numerous emails to various email address and even visited your store in Nicolway. The consultants there were just as useless, she advised that she cant assist me but will log a call for a consultant to contact me. I was asked to hang around a bit as the consultant will phone me shortly. After e few minutes passed, no call from a consultant, I decided to leave and up to now I did not receive a call from anyone at Telkom. I've sent request to the following emails (with my cancellation form attached) with no joy from either of them, ********** ********** and ********** Then I got a response from a very special Telkom employee "Leon Ntobeko Kunene" ********** he has no clue of what customer service. We started corresponding on the 19th April and I made +/- another 4 follow up after my initial mail. I did not receive one response from Leon to date. I would please like to get some sort of indication that my request are being attended to and that any billing issues will be resolved as I do want to settle what is owed to you so that I can closed this chapter.
