Utterly useless - 4 days ago I emailed Cindy Nzama - I have had no assistance.
PATHETIC SERVICE - 3 DAYS TO DO A DELIVERY 45KM FROM COLLECTION POINT. FUNNY THING IS RAHEED THINKS HES DOING ME A FAVOR BY OFFERING A REQUEST TO BE SENT FOR 1 DAY SOONER - YOU ARE A JOKE!!!!! I DONT KNOW WHY COMPANIES OFFER RAM AS A DELIVERY OPTION!!!! I WONT USE THEM AGAIN.
ITS GOING MONTHS NOW WITH NO ASSISTANCE. NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS. I TAKE IT THIS MATTER IS NOW CLOSED AS THERE HAS BEEN NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOUR SIDE.
I will go with 3 stars for now, Your online chat is an absolute joke, they push you from pillar to post and tell you to call what ever department. Why? I am trying to get an ebucks issue sorted out. I will wait for someone to call me, hopefully soon.
Trying to get help on the chat in the app is proving to be difficult. This platform is more effective as it yields results faster.

I am starting to wonder about this banks service. I am a new customer waiting nearly 2 weeks for the card to be delivered and NOBODY can help me!!!! The service is shocking to say the least.
Dear STD Bank You have been given the time to call on many occasions, the first person got it right to call then you went quiet. You have failed to provide the requested assistance. We are trying by all means to get the information so we can rectify this account, you are not helping. Fortunately it is here for the public to see. We will now forward this matter to the NRCS and the Banking Ombud.
We have been trying for nearly 2 months now to get a statement. You have done 3 authentications, nothing. You have asked when is a good time to call, i have given you a time, you failed to call. This has to be the most pathetic organization to be dealing with. SEND THE STATEMENT!!!!
I HAVE MAILED YOU IN JANUARY, THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE!!!
