Useless
Absolutely terrible,can't believe netbank uses these people for debt collection,they will send you a discount letter ,you will pay the amount and it will take them a month to send you the settlement letter,after which netbank will charge you again for another month and you have to pay these people AGAIN. you will never get the settlement letter,never ever

Waiting, waiting and waiting
I have upgraded almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my stock,I have been contacted 3 times in the last 3 weeks by a different person saying the stock will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days ,at this rate I will only receive it next December ,how a company this big cannot get a simple upgrade done is Absolutely shocking

Sales person arrogant and a bullie
Absolutely terrible, if you ask them to cancel the purchase they will take for ever, essentially blocking you from buying a vehicle from someone else,the sales person Antony is Absolutely arrogant and tells me to deal with it and they will attend to it when they have time . I have been informed that the branch managers name is Nick and he could deal with it because it's not there problem,we'll thank you Antony hopefully your branch manager says this post and someone deals with it

Useless
Totally useless. They cannot follow a simple delivery instruction. Took them 8 days to dispatch my order just to return and cancel it without my consent. If your Waiting for manager to phone you and sort this out, keep waiting it will never happen

Terrible
Absolutely terrible service from we buy cars germiston. People please be aware when they are done with all there hidden costs, that does not appear on the deka report you will end up paying R50 000 more for a R115 000 vehicle. Will never deal with them again
