I use SA Airlink every two years for travel purposes. In the last few years I have to use oxygen full-time. I app**** for assisted services on my last trip, plus current on in April. The staff and the service was AMAZING. I had quite a heavy carry-on bag, as I brought gifts for my 3 granddaughters from the UK whom I was meeting in Cape Town, with my daughter and husband. The lady from Airlink actually boarded the plane for me, so as to put my overhead luggage in the carrier. Then the airline staff moved me up 8 seats in the aisle to offer closer access to the toilets. In Bloemfontein and Cape Town I could not fault their efficiency and friendliness. Five stars, SA Airlink!
Probably the worst bank I've ever worked with. Today I tried 5 times to get ANYONE to help me navigate the so-called eBucks Travel website. The very first lady was excellent and so I thought I could finish booking on my own. After a hitch occurred it took another 4 calls, and I was shunted around from one department to another, with NOBODY who could help me! So it looks like I'm going to have to just book on my own via Airlink, and LOSE 10% off my ticket, roughly R300. FNB, I really hope that you do well, saving R300 at my expense because your ******** admin are untrained and don't have a clue what is going on! I am leaving FNB and looking around for a better, more reliable bank, whose website is USER FRIENDLY as well and who has TRAINED staff
Please be advised that unless you sort out the so called UNPAID TAX off R102.40, which was paid at the beginning of January, I will cut all types worth Temu and yourselves! I've sent your TWO WhatsApp messages showing proof of payment, but I only get meshes dating the amount of unpaid. Sort out your dismal administrative department!!!
This company has excellent prices and nice wordsmith stuff BUT.... YOU CANNOT VERY HOLD OF THEM WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!! I am seriously thinking of dumping the idea of supporting them until I can satisfactorily contact them
I bought an Inogen oxygen concentrator from Jeremy at Redmark about a year ago. I recently thought it was giving problems and called him on a Saturday morning. I needed it back asap as I'm going on holiday. Jeremy was once again must obliging and helpful. He organised everything for me. The ongoing after service care from this company is phenomenal. Thank you once again Jeremy!
The admin in this store is totally dysfunctional! What worries me even more is that I see on their actual online page, they are given only ONE STAR by everyone who has purchased from them!! I ordered a 2-seater couch AND PAID FOR IT. I later decided to CANCEL the order and order another couch and matching chair from the;m, as the original 2-seater was going to be too small. After 3 unsuccessful attempt to get them to CONFIRM CANCELLATION I am told that the (wrong) 2seater is on the way to me. (YIPPEE!) My emails were answered by 3 different persons each time and there was obviously NO COMMUNICATION between any of them. No use trying to phone Head Office. It's the same old SA story these days..........NO ANSWER. And if I want the CEO's direct email: I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.
I want to WARN Edgars customers!! I bought something about 5 months ago and paid the final amount last month. This month I get another account for Service fees for another R34! When I phone to say I am up to date I get told that EDGARS WILL CHARGE THIS AMOUNT EVERY MONTH TO KEEP THE ACCOUNT OPEN, UNLESS I PAY THIS UPFRONT AND ASK FOR A CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT!! I have closed my account and am tired of being ********** by these money-hungry people. RCS is fine for people who never settle their debts but for those (few) of us who pay every ;onth we're being **********, while they laugh all the way to the bank! Goodbye Edgars, and GOOD RIDDANCE
I have tried emailing Edgars. After TWO WEEKS still no reply. I tried calling their Toll number: it doesn't exist I tried calling their local number in Bloemfontein: no one answers and then the line gets cut off. It seems to me that businesses in South Africa have become totally dysfunctional! I need to pay something on my Edgars account and cannot get a soul to help me with my query. You obviously don't need my money that badly!
PLEASE NOTE! This review is for the Langenhovenpark Bloemfontein branch. No option given to choose the area. 5 Stars to Tyra, the lady in the office, who gave excellent service and advice, helping me with 70th birthday coloured coasters. They came out better than my expectations. Well done Tyra!
Although the actual service in the dispensary is excellent, their telephones are totally dysfunctional. I urgently need meds that I missed during a hospital visit. I cannot get hold of them! The phone rings for ages, then it is "picked up and disconnected" almost immediately. Try option 3 to leave a message.... They leave YOU a message. Their mailbox is full and cannot take your call. If you need them... GO IN PERSONALLY. Nothing else seems to work. Sorry this is going public Dis Chem but maybe this is the only way to get your attention.
