Seriously, have not heard from customer centre or anyone ref unable to make or receive voice calls. I can't even call them and their online chat is total *******
No voice calls for seven weeks without any solution. Sadly the service levels of modern days are robotic and useless

I do not believe how companies in South Africa will always find a way to break it. MTN have stopped sending me invoices for my 2 contracts, when I request my invoices for July/August 2020 they send me a statement for June/July, when I call again i get sent a message with a red banner saying DANGEROUS, i move the message to the inbox folder and when I try to open it i Get " That didn't work and sorry could not find you in the MTN sharepoint. This is the reason I do not contact them unless I have to as they are totally INCOMPETENT, backward bunch
Is there anything Nedbank can do efficiently, New cards arrive just a few days before expiry, I have already been to the bank this month and wasted hours, greeting at Greenstone is non existent, Online banking does not work properly and the same applies to the App, customer service is dreadful, waited 30 mins on App chat and got nowhere, same applies to the New online banking. Seriously this bank is total ****
I reviewed this poor excuse for a bunch of village idiots a few months ago! I have been on the waiting list for an iPad 11" Pro for sometime, I received an sms on Tuesday telling me my iPad had arrived at Eastgate and would be reserved for me for 48hrs. I rolled up at there store this morning and was moved from pillar to post for over 30mins. They told me I had collected it in July....no that was not me. They wanted to see the sms I had received and then told me they did not have the colour or spec I had requested. They then offered me a 256gb model but as it was there mistake should have offered it at the same price as the 128gb model If they spent as much time on the customer as they do talking to each other we would be fine. I have to say this mob belong in the remake of the movie Dumb and Dumber. Avoid them like the plague
Seriously If I could give less than 1 Star for this disgraceful for Satellite TV operator I would. They expect people to pay for this total ****!! Day in day out it is the same old repeats and monotonous rubbish, This country is totally f....d by companies that a have a virtual monopoly. In the UK you would get rubbish for free, beam me up Scotty.
I find to very difficult to believe that Vodacom are the biggest mobile provide in this region, as they are seriously ****!! My data contract has been giving me problems for many months, I have replaced my router four times so am sure that is not the problem. I have contacted Vodacom customer care four times this month and all I get is that the matter has been handed to the back office and they have been trying to call me on my Vodacom number, no missed calls or voicemails left, i then get an email asking me to confirm my other contact number but still no calls. My router keeps dropping out and spend most of the day rebooting the device. If you cannot sort out my problem or give me the service I am paying for, then cancel my contract with no penalties.
DSTV is the biggest pile of ****e I have ever come across, you pay over R900 for a premium package and all you get is repeats, repeats and more repeats. In the UK you get Freeview for free and a better choice, currently there is no sport because of COVID 19, but multi choice continue to charge for service that they are not providing. We need some competition in this country instead of one provider for everything!
I have had my personal and business accounts with Nedbank for almost 3 years I have never received a call from a Business Banker to even introduce themselves, I visited Greenstone Branch on Wednesday and spoke to a lady who was very helpful, she copied in my Business banker who to this date and time has still not bothered to contact me......I have too say the incompetence is unbelievable, do not give your banking to NED****
