First (and last) time shopper. Ordered a mattress indicated as in-stock online, received notification it was not in stock, offered an alternative product for the same price although 30% cheaper at most other retailers with claim that it was the same one I ordered. Requested a refund and then needed to jump through hoops (fill in forms, get bank confirmation letter), instead of just refunding it to the credit card I used during checkout. Would not recommend, very poor service.
First time customer on the online store and experienced some of the most top notch service I've ever had in South Africa. World-class! Big shout out to Michaela who assisted me like an absolute pro.
Lodged a dispute on an unauthorized charge on Sunday, March 5th. Followed up on Tuesday March 7th, no response. Followed up on Wednesday, March 8th, no response. Today, March 15th, still no response. Discovery doesn't give a @#!*(& about it's customers, 0/10 would not recommend
Absolute joke of a company. Call centre is unprofessional - claims go unanswered, as do emails. Avoid at all costs.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Another example of abysmal service in South Africa. Even if a product you buy here is faulty, they try every scummy trick in the book to try and avoid refunding you, insisting you take a replacement even though that violates the CPA. My inverter was faulty within the first month of purchase, as confirmed by their staff. They insisted on processing a warranty claim with Victron, even though as per the CPA I requested a refund, which I was fully due. Their excuse? I don't have the cardboard box or paper manual it came with. I've offered to return all the other accessories. I purchased a Victron MultiPlus inverter from this so-called "business" in November. The inverter was handed over without any configuration. I returned it to them twice, the first time being misconfigured by their staff and the second time they identified a fault and needed to process a warranty claim with Victron. If you’re considering making a purchase - save yourself the hassle, headache and regret and rather deal with a competent company who is willing to lift a finger to provide decent customer service. Absolutely lacklustre - avoid at all costs. 0/5 stars.
Top Deck MTG store in Craighall offers absolutely abysmal service levels, they don't other replying to email and take no accountability. Generic email responses if you are lucky, usually typed up by some troglodyte who isn't competent enough to correctly spell your name. 0/10 would recommend, save yourself the pain and deal with a more reputable store like Dracoti, Sad Robot, D20 etc.
Abysmal service. Took my vehicle in to their Somerset West branch at 1PM on 25 April to get two tyres replaced. Returned at 3PM only to be told they hadn't even started yet. I was told I could come back at that time to collect, absolutely appalling service.
Recently made a gift purchase at the Le Creuset store in Somerset Mall and was absolutely blown away by the level of service, efficiency & friendliness. The ladies present were incredibly friendly, willing to help, offered very useful gifting advice & suggestions and went the extra mile too by handling the gift wrapping for me (professionally so, might I add). Hats off to the Le Creuset team for standing out in terms of customer service when so many others simply drop the ball - and keep up the fantastic work. Will be a lifelong fan of your products myself :)
Booked a collection on Tuesday from Cape Town to Somerset West & received it the following day before 10AM. Excellent service for a courier company & will definitely use again in future. You guys rock :) Keep up the fantastic work
