Extremely disappointed with terrible service with universal health
Terrible service from universal medical scheme. Waited from 10am until 1h30pm to get a simple approval for my 11 year old daughter who needed to get surgery. Called 3 times and emailed them. I was told to calm down but how can you treat a child like this who's in so much pain. You take my money every month and now when we need to use our medical aid this is how we are treated. They had the nerve to ask the Dr why can't we just leave it and not do surgery and still have the audacity to ask how much its going to cost. I will definitely be getting a new medical aid. I cannot put up with such poor service or urgency.

Never use vodacom for fibre
Absolutely pathetic service from vodacom. I logged a ticket on Friday the 7th March at 2pm. They tried to assist via call but said a technician would need to come out. I called twice everyday and nobody came out. Eventually Friday the 14th I had to pay a private person R900 to come fix the fibre. All of a sudden vodacom sends an email stating it's fixed yet they did nothing and I had to insure the cost. I had no fibre for an entire week. Everyday they said they would escalate it but it never was. I am now canceling my contract with vodacom as they are useless. They couldn't even send a message, email or call to give us an update. If you check the records I called everyday wasting so much of my airtime. I will never use vodacom again.

Terrible earing quality and service
I bought earings for my daughter and not even a month later they broke in half while my daughter was in the shower. I only managed to rescue the 1 and the other one went down the drain but left a small piece in her ear. I took my receipt and the 1 earing back to the store but manager says nothing she can do about it. Absolutely terrible service I will never purchase from them again. Such poor quality and service

Over 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer
Iv been on the phone with mango for over 30 minutes this is ridiculous. I made a booking but haven't received confirmation I fly out tomorrow I need to know if its confirmed My account has been deducted
