ITs a pity you dont have a minus star, this is the worst online ticket platform I have ever used. I purchased tickets for Sting on 10 October, the payment went through my credit card. On 12 email I received an email from Ticketmaster staging Thanks for your order "You're IN" and received confirmation with ticket numbers I could not download the tickets and sent many email requests to Ticketmaster. You can only send them an online message they do not have telephonic human contact. On 30 October I received a reply on one of me emails advising there was a technical issue , I must rebook and that a refund has been initiated. To date no refund. I have been trying for 10 days to rebook tickets all to no avail. Lots of further emails they advised I must clear my browser etc which has been done, they then advise there must be a trouble with my bank, contacted my bank, no problem who also advised they have not received my refund. Can someone advise how to proceed with this company
We contacted Fireplace Warehouse to give a quote to convert our wood fire place to gas. 6 Telephone calls later, with Enrico advising on our last call to them that he would contact us the same day even if it was 2am in the morning this was 7 weeks ago, still not received a quote or email. We contacted their offices again and complained to the lady on the phone we had no response from Enrico and she just laughed (as if to say, this is usual). Well one call to Jetmaster and the very next day Jetmaster arrived to quote. BAD SERVICE FIREPLACE WAREHOUSE AND THANK YOU JET MASTER FOR YOUR FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE
Klipkop Car care is a company that collects your car from the airport and stores it while you are travelling. We used their service in October 2015 and could not understand why firstly our car smelt so badly and why there was no petrol in the car when we collected it (this was only for 1 day). On checking our vehicle tracking we discovered that their driver had used our vehicle as a racing car.<br> speeding in a 70km zone ranging from lowest 114km TO 158 IN A 70 KM ZONE 88 KMS OVER THE LIMIT<br> speeding in a 120km zone ranging from lowest 132 TO 140KM<br> NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO END UP IN JAIL WITH SPEED FINES THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. OUR LAWYERS HAVE REQUESTED DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THEIR EMPLOYEES AND HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
I checked the Uber website at 09h45 for a quote from Roodepoort to Kensignton the price quoted was between R 287 - R350. I booked a cab and was collected at 10h30. I have just received my credit card charge and was charged R R587 almost double the price quoted on the website 45 minutes earlier.<br> This was for 26kms. BE VERY WARY OF USING UBER THEIR CHARGES ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY <br> I will certainly be hesitant of using them again, this was my first time and possibly my last time.
