Great service after I forgot papers in vehicle
Me and my family were travelling to Port Elizabeth on Thursday morning, and I forgot the children's birth certificates in the car, which was already taken away to be parked by Klipkop. My husband contacted Klipkop in order to ask if the driver can return with our car in order to get the birth certificates. After a few minutes when the time started to feel quite long and I am starting to panic, I was now also calling the office to ask if the driver will be on time. The lady at the office said she must find out who the driver is first and then she tried to calm me down by saying she is sure they will be on time. The driver is not allowed to answer his phone while driving, so it was a catch 22 in order to get hold of him and let him know we needed him to turn around. They managed to get hold of him, he phoned my husband and they arranged for him to retun with our vehicle with the papers. The driver arrived, we managed to board our flight without any rushing or running and the office lady called me back 3 times in order to keep me up to date and asked if everything was sorted. I really appreciate their effort in getting back to us, in time and so we managed to board our flight, thank you Klipkop.

Used my car for personal journeys while it was parked with them!
I have used Klipkop Car Care for years and THOUGHT there never was a problem. Last time they had my car in their care I happened to see in my Discovery Drive app that there had been several events of speeding while they had my car. I then obtained a more detailed report tracking my vehicle on the dates in which I was away and it turns out not only did the driver speed in it, he also took it to the local high street to 'buy dinner' and then to the casino where it was parked until 11pm! When I brought this to Klipkop Car Care's attention all I got was an apology and the assurance that they had given a written warning to their driver in question. I will certainly never trust them with my vehicle again!

Excellent service
<p>Collected and delivered our vehicle from and to the airport. Although our flight was changed and they had to adapt accordingly to our time and schedule, they were friendly, helpful and on time. Excellent service

Grossly negligent company
Klipkop Car care is a company that collects your car from the airport and stores it while you are travelling. We used their service in October 2015 and could not understand why firstly our car smelt so badly and why there was no petrol in the car when we collected it (this was only for 1 day). On checking our vehicle tracking we discovered that their driver had used our vehicle as a racing car.<br> speeding in a 70km zone ranging from lowest 114km TO 158 IN A 70 KM ZONE 88 KMS OVER THE LIMIT<br> speeding in a 120km zone ranging from lowest 132 TO 140KM<br> NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO END UP IN JAIL WITH SPEED FINES THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. OUR LAWYERS HAVE REQUESTED DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THEIR EMPLOYEES AND HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
