This company must have the worst customer service ever when it comes to solar companies. I have been waiting since March for them to give me feedback on a simple change on my account. All I get is the generic response of “we are waiting for feedback from our accounts department”. I have been getting this since March. The supposed manager doesn’t even bother answering when phoning the number he provided in his email signature. I won’t do any further business with this company.
I ordered an item on 31 January. The delivery option was garunteed Saturday 01 February so I selected that. Next thing, the delivery changes to 08 February without notice or any contact. After back and forth emails, they said it will be delivered on the 8th February. This morning the delivery date changed to 15 February on the app.
Vodacom opens *****ulent accounts and then makes it the my problem. There was an enquiry on my credit record from Vodacom on the 10th April. I phoned Vodacom to assist with this. First I get told they can't check because I don't know the cell number. Then they use my ID number. The lady said she can see something but basically refused to tell me what it is. Now I need to run around and print documents, scan them, email them and then hope Vodacom actually does something about it. Then I get told it takes 7 to 14 working days for them to sort it out. So in short Vodacom opens an account without verifying any documents within a few minutes, but it takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to investigate.
Aramex received the parcel on Thursday 03 November 2022. From there I have had zero calls, sms's or interactions with them. I have been monitoring the waybill number on their website since Thursday. There was no change on the status up until Monday morning where they said they attempted delivery but failed. I got in touch using the chat feature. Apparently they tried to phone me but couldn't get hold of me. Strange, because I don't have any missed calls. After querying and pushing for an answer, they eventually end the chat and say that now they will only deliver on Thursday 10 November. So their drivers are dishonest, but then the person waiting for the delivery needs to suffer. Never had this issue with Courier Guy. Definitely will not be using Aramex for anything again.
Can someone from Vodacom contact me. Since January I have been trying to cancel a contract that is on my name, but isn't mine. The call center can't help. They keep making promises, give a reference number and then thats it. 5 months later they are still charging me for the contract. Today they debit R2100 from my account with no valid explanation. Terrible service.
<p>On Sunday, 29 January, my TV stopped working. On Monday, 30 January, I phoned ********** 454 to report the issue. I told the guy that the screen is blank, but there is still sound. I explained that it is the LED back light that is no longer working and needs to be replaced. He insisted that they have to send a technician out and it will be repaired on site. Tuesday, 31 January, I get a call from the technician. Explained what the issue was and said he'll be there on Wednesday 01 February. Wednesday comes and by 14:00, no one shows up. I had to phone to find out if they are still coming. At 15:30, the technician shows up and without hesitating or even testing the TV confirms that the LED back light needs to be replaced. He insisted on taking the TV in to be repaired because it will be done "properly" at the workshop. He also said that I will definitely have my TV back by Friday 03 February. Well, by 14:00 no news again, and again I have to phone to follow up. I phoned ********** 454 and the lady that answered said she will phone the technician. After being on hold, she comes back and says the TV is fixed but they will only deliver on Monday. I told her that the technician committed to Friday and now they just change to Monday, even though the TV is already fixed. All she said was she will ask the technician to phone me. Terrible, terrible service. I won't even hold my breathe and expect a call from the technician. </p>
