Impaq/Optimi home school Impaq/Optimi home school. My son was with your school for 4 years. We never had an issue. We paid the deposit and the fees on time every year, every month respectively. We were refunded R400 after we paid a R8000 deposit and he was only in the school for one month. Their terms contradict their actions. I have requested a clear statement of why we were only refunded the R400 and to date have had no response. We even overpaid the deposit which was R6000. I want answers. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. I see that they really only reply to the complimentary messages on hello peter, mmmmm

Deon and Carlisle were so helpful!!!! I was worried there was something seriously wrong with my car and they took it in, inspected it, did a few little jobs on it but did not charge me a cent and gave me feedback!!!!!!. I am so impressed by them. Not the first time. I once stopped there and my one bulb was out. Deon replaced it, no charge!!!! There are still good people out there. 100% recommend them

Second time I have purchased coins through Microsoft Xbox. Both time we did not get the coins. The first time we got no response and no refund. Made the big mistake of doing it again!!!!!! It will NEVER happen again.
I purchased electricity at 7.15 am and again at 7.29 am on 23 February 2020, both for R100 and only received the one voucher. Not sure who to contact regarding this though?
My account was debited double and bounced. I paid the correct amount now they have suspended my account saying I owe them the amount they tried to debit. I have received about 9 different responses from 9 different agents. I am fed up and angry!!!! No number to call. No one seems to know what they are doing.
