Home affairs losing records
My ID book got ****** and several attempts to get a new one or even a temporary ID was fruitless. Cape Towns Home Affairs Barrak street could not find me on their computer so they send me to Bellville Home Affairs and their the same..i received my ID over 50 years ago and I have a copy of it but thry still cannot find me on the system.

LG Aircon has design fault
Since installation the split aircon is dripping water. Several attempts by the installer was fruitless. The drainpipes are clear and sloping correctly so he says nothing he can do more as the fault is with the LG Aircon unit. The cold air condenses on the plastic fin and drops down.LG Aircon

Bad designed airconditioner
The split Aircon is dripping water inside when on cooling cycle. Seversl times the installer of the aircon have been here but according to him it is a design fault on the aircon as all the drain pipes are clear and sloping properly. The cold air condenses on the outside adjustable fin and drops down.

Makro online website not upto date.
Makro online is no good. We ordered what they offer online and Makro accepted our order and debited our account accordingly. From 4 items ordered only 2 arrived and weeks later they informed us that 2 items of our order has been cancelled and that the paid amount will be credited back to our account. If you haven't got the items just take them off your website.

I have ordered many items from Temu and are happy about the products and their prices they supply BUT not about the additional custom charge as you never know how much in the end you have to pay.

Hearing Aids to avoid buying
This company manufactures the Phonak hearing aids. It must be the most expensive and wortless hearing aid on the market. Since I bought it I had only problems with it due to sweat corrosion. Tried to get it repaired even at the manufacturer Sonova AG without success. Now I am sitting with a useless hearing aid for over 4000 Euros. No wonder they only give a 1 year warranty. Next time better to buy a Chinese one for the fraction of this price with 4 year warranty.

Hearing Aid to avoid
Must be the worst and most expensive hearing aid. Stopped working properly since I bought it. Tried to get it repaired several times with no success. It seems the inside corrodes due to sweat.

Big promises which are never fullfilled
This company issued a warrantee which is not worth the paper it is written on. 8 CCTV cameras have been installed by this company with the explicit requirement that this cameras can be logged into on internet.<br> This never worked and the fault have been put by RTL onto the internet service provider which is incorrect.<br> Since over 1 year now the CCTV cameras cannot be accessed on internet and daily promises are received by TRL to get the fault rectified which do not materialize.
