Bad designed airconditioner
The split Aircon is dripping water inside when on cooling cycle. Seversl times the installer of the aircon have been here but according to him it is a design fault on the aircon as all the drain pipes are clear and sloping properly. The cold air condenses on the outside adjustable fin and drops down.

LG customer service is an embarassment
I bought a microwave a few weeks ago. As soon as I unpacked it I noticed that the base is scew, and the microwave wobbly. I have been waiting for a direct exchange as per Dangisani Hlongwane feedback BUT when I add the item to cart on the website I get all the way to payment. So there is stock and she ****?

LG Midrand, Very impressed.
I am verry impressed with the service I received from the LG service center in Midrand. I toke my LG microwave in to be repaired, bought in 2018, The agent was very helpful and informed me that I could wait for the micro. fixed in 30 minuets, no charge for the magnetron only labor. Good friendly honest and efficient service, That is so rear now a days.
