Bad designed airconditioner

The split Aircon is dripping water inside when on cooling cycle. Seversl times the installer of the aircon have been here but according to him it is a design fault on the aircon as all the drain pipes are clear and sloping properly. The cold air condenses on the outside adjustable fin and drops down.
