Can someone with higher than a grade 1 please explain to me how this government dept can use an email address "uifcallcenter". I suppose their spell check language was set to American. Causes all sorts of confusion
Afrihost is winning awards and growing too big - after 15 years of no issues they are now having regular capacity problems with their servers, and emails take ages to go through. I can't run my business like this and Afrihost shouldn't either. I don't recommend Afrihost to any new customers.
After 10 years with Afrihost and few problems - now, twice in 2 days they have had "load" problems and emails have not been sending. We can't run our businesses without functioning email so if they don't sort out their technical issues they will start losing customers.
How long does it take for Avis to answer their phone - seven and a half minutes and counting. Pathetic
Firstly the UIF email address uses American spelling not South African. ([email protected]) Then, after emailing, you have to phone the call centre and check if the email has arrived. So far 3 times it hasn't. I suspect the emails are being received but are not being allocated correctly so you have to re-send and re-send. Fortunately the call centre (center????) agents are polite and helpful. Pity about their technology
Purchased a "Air Cast Bluetooth Smart Remote Control Sensor for any TV" but it was an ancient obsolete product dumped on the SA market. I communicated with Takealot and returned the product but it is still on Takealot for other unsuspecting customers to purchase.
Telkom Mobile App is useless. Keep getting “Ooops. Something went wrong. Try again later.” Begging to wonder if it’s still a government department.
Westville Mall needs to sort out their parking system. Diabolical. Can’t cope.
After mac os tahoe update no thumbnail previews in column view on finder. Apple always used to "just work" but it has slipped and not getting the basics right. Hurry up with the next update to sort this and other issues out.
Upgrade to Mac OS Tahoe and be prepared to spend hours getting your printers working again. Mac's used to "just work" but don't anymore
