The company has been ignoring my request for a meeting with their customer services person in charge. I have had bad experiences with an XC 40 I bought in 2024, a number of safety measure concerns reported by the vehicle including camera unavailability, change or replacement of parts on a vehicle at about 40 000 km on the clock. All these are said to be caused by a need for a software update, and apparently they are common in the car model, and I am likely to experience another issue with something related to an oxygen part etc. Come end of warranty I will be left alone to foot a bill of issues known to the manufacturer at an early stage of the vehicle's life. I wrote a long E-Mail with my concerns only to be responded via telephone by a consultant who seem to refuse escalating the matter in line with my request.
I bought a pair for shoes in October (@Mall of Africa) last year, after wearing them twice they changed colour. I returned them and they told me I must washed the shoes or spilled water on them, which none of it happened. I went there twice and was told to write an email to Nicole who never bothered to reply. The shoes are still at their shop with no phone call or a reply to my email. I now have to live with their opinion against my word on the shoes. How sad
ADT will be losing clients very soon. Negligence of technician led to burglary and loss. Incident took place in November 2014
We stopped by the wimpy at the 1 stop garage on N4 in Belfast for take away coffee. I asked my sister to buy me a cup of coffee from wimpy and to my surprise when she brought tback change and slip, the cashier billed for 2 because a stranger who happens to be a truck driver stood next to my sister and asked coffee from her. Your cashier billed the coffee on my account and then when my sister went back to inquire she was told that the cashier billed the truck driver's coffee on us and we need to wait for her to get the money from him. How dare your cashier bills coffee to my account without my sisters consent? What a nerve? I'm disgusted by your service, not the first time I experience bad service. I want my money back<br> <br> Your cashiers are very slow and you can wait for coffee up to 20 minutes, really? You should be knowing your customer behavior by now, coffee is on demand in the morning get more people to attend to customers period
