I requested for a shoe to be brought to this branch from Brooklyn mall, through Fairlands store of which their manager from that branch was very helpful. How I wish I could say the same about the Nelson Mandela square branch, firstly they never called me to notify me about the arrival of the shoe, and when I followed up I was told that the person responsible for that will call me when they come which never happened. Now getting to the store, the lack of assistance from the staff, especially when I was looking for the belt of the same color, you'd swear that the lady didn't want me to get the shoe, she became even worse when I had a problem with my payflex account, not being able to log me in.

Poor customer service and bad refund policy for customers. They do not take their customers seriously Pay back my money. I have 23 now since I left the shoes at your store and requesting my full refund to no avail.

I bought a pair of shoes online on 07 June 2025 and a few days after making payment I was informed that the shoes were not in stock. I am struggling to get my refund for the undelivered shoes. I was given the email address that no one responds to or acknowledges.

My name is Linda Ngambu. I bought shoes at Socrati Mall of Africa in November 2024. Whenni cleaned my shoes, the paint came off. I took them back. I was referred to the policy and Nicole. The cleaned shoe came back in an extremely poor quality. I refused to take them. I was told that Nicole would call me back. Upto date I have not received any call from her. The products that they are selling are in poor quality but the price is expensive. I want a new shoe or my money back. What is also surprising about Socrati personnel, in no one wants to take responsibility, and everything is sent to this one person who seems to be ******** about ppl matters.

I bought a pair for shoes in October (@Mall of Africa) last year, after wearing them twice they changed colour. I returned them and they told me I must washed the shoes or spilled water on them, which none of it happened. I went there twice and was told to write an email to Nicole who never bothered to reply. The shoes are still at their shop with no phone call or a reply to my email. I now have to live with their opinion against my word on the shoes. How sad

I have received the worst customer service, stinking attitude and unprofessional attitude from Werner Grobler after waiting for over 3 months for my shoe. This is unaccetable from Socrati and in particular from Werner

Good day To whom this may concern. I am very unhappy with the service i received at your Menlyn Park branch. On the 24th of February I asked Ziggy to order a specific shoe for me, which he located at Hyde Park. When he had to call the store, he told me their phones arent working and used my personal phone to call the Hyde Park branch. On the 27th, i went to follow up with the store regarding the shoe and the service was appalling. No one knew what i was talking about, they kept scrolling through a book, and then offered to call me once they receive the shoe. Today, 6th of March, I went back for a follow up. One of the sales assistants called Ziggy from the back and when he saw me, he laughed, I asked them for feedback, again they told me their phones arent working, they would need to use my phone to follow up with Hyde Park. After some time, the manager then calls the Hyde Park branch and they give me the run around about how the stock was sent somewhere and they cant locate the shoe. When i explained this s**** is for a function, they offered that i "make another plan". I'm really trying to understand if i was treated like that because i myself am in the sales industry, or because I'm black. This is ridiculous, and i demand an answer.
