I have contacted Jacklin almost a year ago to fix my account as they have made two accounts on my name. I don't know why they did it. I have also been handed over for collection on this, I refuse to pay anything until my account is fixed and will also be contacting consumer right in this regard. You can phone me to fix this or ill go further.
The claims procedure is a joke. Yesterday I was told that the claim would be paid, only to find out that they are going to pay the provider and not into my account as requested and being told a soppy story. It was then reversed and now the claim is not going through as they want new codes, How could this go from being paid to the provider to needing more information. Is there anybody at Fedhealth that can actually sort this out. Contact me to sort this out.

Hi. I have always just receives the best service from Huawei, you are great and will stick with you. Just one question or query that I have and hope can be resolved. I have a P Smart device, it went in for repairs a little while ago, it work great for a week and then started with the same problem. Worst service i have ever experienced from cell c. Im due for an upgrade, i have asked 3 times online for someone to contact me. Useless service as I will now cancel my contract. In the other hand, your overall service is pathetici have another line with you for LTE, i will ensure that this contract also get cancelled very soon as I never have internet access with you and this I will with the highest authorities to ensure that this is done. I had it with cell c.
I have been told that my device is ready for cellection and that I should receive it within 3 - 5 working days. Now I am trying to arrange that I collect it from them on my way home, to be told that I am not allowed to collect it. Can a manager get in contact with me urgently. I have tried phoning,mailing and sending messages, with no answer.
I have applied online for a new sim only deal. Since I have applied, I have only received the terms and conditions from Cell-C. I have today called the 5th time for someone to phone me back and resolve my query, and still nothing from Cell-C. They have even tried to deliver the sim card to my residence without me knowing, no one was there to accept as I was not informed. Now I do not know hen it would be delivered as a can not follow up as Cell-C did not give me any documents regarding the sim or the delivery. Can you phone me urgently and resolve this.

Not interisted in new business. My mom applied for a second line on Friday morning, this was done online. Since then, no call from MTN to finalise the contract.
Following my previous complaint with useless Standard bank, it happened once again. You handed me over for something you could not rectify and held me responsible for your mistake. The people at customer service could not even tell me who the account was handed over with, excellent service, well done again Standard Bank. I will be settling this account with you and never want to hear from you again. I hope that people reading this will follow my steps and rather go to a bank that can give you service and actually answer your questions.
