Dishonest dealership-tells you that they will keep the car and fix it, phoned Donovan the whole day, calls got ignored after asuring me they will fix and keep the car, phoned for follow ups calls ignored, told me he was in an area with no signal but shows online on whatsapp. wanted to pay holding deposit told me know the car is mine, now phones and tells me someone else did finance and it was approved, finance takes time to approve, these people are dishonest and cannot be trusted.
Phoned DSTV on 04/05 and requested an upgrade, done immediately. Same programs over and over now requested to be moved back to the package I was, just to be told it cant be done, Well either downgrade me or cancel my subscription easy as that,
<p>I phoned telkom on 31/01/2017 around 12:15....</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my telkom line activated so i phoned 10210 and then the line automatically diverts to 1023</p> <p> </p> <p>I advised the first consultant noma that i need assistance to have my line activated, she advised me i must phone 10210, I advised her that is the number i phoned, she said i must phone again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned again and spoke to Pumla, Pumla told me the exact same thing Noma told me, I told her the same thing,Whilst still speaking to her she Dropped the phone in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can this be a customer service call centre line, Is that customer service I received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will take this complaint to all social media and make sure that the whole world knows how bad the Telkom centre customer service is.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I received a call from a collections company in May 2016 advising me that my rates and taxes is in arrears. I then visited Ekurhuleni Nigel and they referred me to this company, (can’t remember the name), I contacted them and made an arrangement to start making payments on my account, and to also pay towards the arrears from the month of June.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve made payments every single month from the month of June into the account given to me to make payments into, I haven’t missed one payment. Today 11/10/2016 I received a call from a certain Charmaine from TSlegal Services in Nigel 011 ********** advising me that my account is outstanding and that I need to make an arrangement. I advised Charmaine that I have made an arrangement, however she told me that there was no arrangement made. I gave her the Absa bank account number that funds was paid into and also the reference number, and she just kept saying she will send me statements. She also advised me that Ekurhuleni is no longer banking with Absa and they are now banking with Nedbank, I haven’t received any notification with regards to that, I also advised her that the payment is still going into the Absa bank account and it hasn’t revered so that means that the Absa account is still active.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you contact me and tell me I haven’t made arrangements and even doubt the fact that I am making payments after I’ve given you all the details. Now there will probably be extra-legal charges to my account that I will have to pay, and I am not prepared to do so seeing that I have honoured my commitment made.</p> <p> </p>
