Since Jan2026 some of my deposits do not reflect in my wallet, they remain " Under Review". Some of these I have received the funds after reporting it here and some I haven't. This week its 2 deposits of R500 each. If i forget to log this ticket with them. They will not even try to assist. And sometimes you log and they take over 3 days to resolve it. Their system does not change the status from " Under Review" to Approved after they have resolved the issue. so this makes it impossible to know which deposit has been release. This week, 05may R500 and 6th May R500, ticket was initially closed without this been resolved. I am not happy at all
FNB is still the most innovative bank in SA. Dear FNB revolving loan, after the entire day to get someone to assist me with now luck, i decided to try this app for you attention. I really need to use the funds available on my revolving account,,,,,,, I am in desperate need. Please remove the BLOCK on account so i can transfer the funds to my check account. Asked for payment break , I was so grateful that it was granted after some motivation. credit card and overdraft was my best option, credit card I got my 3 months break, overdraft i got a reduced interest rate for 3 months Little did I know that I will end up owing R12 000 interest for the 3 months payment break on my revolving loan :( Now instead of paying the loan I am now busying paying for the interest that I wasn't told about and after asking what's happening after multiple emails and a calls. 3 months later after writing a review right here i get feedback.......talk about 'how can we help you. Betrayed, deceived, disappointed.....etc is how I feel. I will forever bank with this bank because it's so innovative but right now wish I could even remover the 1 star that I have rated. Let me go sleep ,,, , , zero stats is what thw revolving loan department deserve........FIRE the whole lot, they will definitely make people move to the those red, blue and green bank. Ever the blue and red bank, boy forgetting the bank with gold boxes mxm. Disappointed 😞
I tried contacting fnbassist for 3 months now, tried calling, multiple emails with no reply. I need assistance with my revolving loan. I don't know how else to get attention.
After they sort out this mess I am getting every one I introduced to this broker to delete their account, there has to be better brokers out there. My deposit has not reflected on my account, 1 reply from them said resolutions in 1 day. Today they tell me few days. I will definitely get another broker cause this right here is unacceptable
They dont even reply- this review can also be a waste of time. Absa vehicle finance -Ask for payment holiday, or payment relief, they refused and immediately handed me over to they lawyers. Standard bank(homeload) - afford me a payment relief and well as my our bank FNB- the most innovative back in SA, Absa don't play like that. Do you know if it's possible to switch car loans to another bank? I am considering moving or even getting a huge load to settle AbSa and owe another bank, FNB and Standard bank were able to help me during these testing times in my life.absa just said declined. So ladies and gentlemen, hellepeter reviews don't lie. Absa's rating is low red, people are not happy . Be warned-stay away
Wish there was a rating of zero stars, I have been with this guys for 14 years. Now I am a high risk pregnant woman and they are rejected claims for my admission, blood taken by the lab while I was in hospital. I am giving they 2 days to resolve this otherwise I will follow my many other work mates at Discovery. When everyone was complaining about momentum I said they can't be that bad, Now I know they are thw worst. My blood pressure was sky high and my Gyne managed to assist me get it to normal. But now my dear medical aid is working very hard to make sure it goes up again. Thanks momentum,
Still the most innovative bank in SA, but NO, they use is give us free minutes, data and SMSs. Now they only reward us with WhatsApp data. FNB please no, please give us something useful. This is on behalf of everyone use FNB connect,
Day 6 now still cant withdraw--- getting this message. "Your account is restricted from accessing this part of the cashier. For assistance, please contact Customer Service" my account was verified 5 days ago. The agents on WhatsApp cannot help except log a ticket. wrote a review yesterday- they rep**** and said they have removed all restriction....I still cant withdraw. I am very frustrated right now

Used the app to increase credit limit Thursday evening, Friday morning I approved the debit order mandate. Its Tuesday today, funds are not in my account. Wait until I have my salary you will see my I will have offers on all products I have with them. Anyway I am only with them for convivence/ innovation if not for that I would have left them years ago. Let me go get a load somewhere, I am tired on begging. Callled Friday, yesterday and they still expect me to all again today,,,, A whole private wealth customer.........FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU.
