Not worth investing on
What a disaster. I mage a large loan investment with them, they are totally unprofessional. I have been trying for 18months to get my loan back, all i get is requests for meetings with no content. Their legal sidekicks only protects their own interests. Stay away

Stupid geyser timer
Im so disappointed. After months of troubleshooting their stupid geaser timer they cannot tell me why the stupid thing is not working. Cold water all the time. I did everything they want, added a battery, the timer is on all day long. Still it doesn’t switch on.

No deliver of jacket ordered 8 May
Very poor to non existent customer service. Have been waiting for 6 months for my jacket and mo communication from them. Johan doesnt answer the phone. He has sent Me 1 short email in 6 months and blamed covid for non delivery.

Dont book accomodation on Travel by Investec
The newly launched website of Investec Travel is great for booking flights (well the price and convenience anyway), however i was left standing at the hotel without any real booking. I had the printed booking confirmation but no booking was made at the hotel. Furthermore i emailed them 3 times leading up to the travel to confirm but received no reply. The emergency telephone number also does not work. Support and response is poor to non existent. Rather book flights only, it seem to link directly to the airline websites.
