No deliver of jacket ordered 8 May
Very poor to non existent customer service. Have been waiting for 6 months for my jacket and mo communication from them. Johan doesnt answer the phone. He has sent Me 1 short email in 6 months and blamed covid for non delivery.

Bad customer service
I can only say that all the bad reviews are all delivery related, and I can only concur, waiting since Feb this year for a part, no response from company or individual. It is so bad now the part I wanted was a touring screen, paid up front, now selling the bike won’t need it. The owner Johan will not even respond let alone refund. 8 months, buy else where people.

Shocking service!!
My wife ordered a pair of boots for my son on the 31-07-21, which he needed for a race on 14-08-21. She requested that if they couldn't be delivered before then, to get a refund so that she could source them elsewhere. No response to emails or whatsapp messages. We had to pay up for another pair of boots and still cant get anything out of MX Alliance. Extremely poor service!!! Order #428012.

Shocking service!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have been waiting 9 months for my order!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered goods in November 2020 and I am still being strung along with empty promises. No feedback either. I have to always ask for an update and all Johan ever says is that he is waiting for the next shipment or the supplier has closed down or he is waiting for customs... I have asked for a refund probably 3 times already but these emails are conveniently ignored. And just so that you know, they deduct 35% for any refunds, even if you have been waiting almost a year for your order. No physical store either, so you cant track them down either. STAY AWAY!!!
