Bad customer service

I can only say that all the bad reviews are all delivery related, and I can only concur, waiting since Feb this year for a part, no response from company or individual. It is so bad now the part I wanted was a touring screen, paid up front, now selling the bike won’t need it. The owner Johan will not even respond let alone refund. 8 months, buy else where people.
