AVOID! Pet Love doesn't live here!
Not even worth the 1 star! I have been to many vets all over SA, we lived an adventurous life and that came with plenty uncer*****ies. This one is by far the worst ever. Too many young "doctors" to make the practice look pretty, yet no experience, no proper care, no communication - cannot even take an admin request. It's all about the money!!! What more can you expect in Cape Town. Pets must be show ornaments because they are unable to cherish a life.

Pet Insurance - THE BEST!
Oneplan Pet Insurance is absolutely the best!! Me and my Vèga lived an adventurous life and that came with plenty of Vet visits. Up until his passing, Oneplan's pet care department was amazing, I absolutely got way more than just an insurance premium. If all businesses could care as much for their clients as they do for our fur kids, this world will be a much better place. Thank you to everyone on the team who assisted each time, you are much appreciated. Using your app, having funds upfront, easy claim approvals and very helpful staff - it makes life so much better in uncertain circumstances. Thank you!

Best Pet Insurance
After a stressful year, not once have I had issues with Oneplan Pet. Best insurance ever. My recent incident was aging me by 10 years overnight. Thanks Kim Street for your prompt and caring service. This dog is my life. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently everyone at Oneplan Pet work. Happy Client! Definitely recommend Oneplan Pet.

Great Service
I really don't like going to the Spur in Beach Road in Strand, the managers really try to make the best of all, but the waiters service are pathetic - they are always hanging about, having conversations in groups, not one will see you need assistance and they will all try to pass any \work"to the next person - and if it's 9pm time to start the cleaning"
