Most pathetic bank ever!!! I did a cash send transaction and when I was busy saw on the app it stated that R4 will be deducted if the client's doesn't have a TymeBank account. I phoned TymeBank and was told - that I will be charged R4 for the transaction. Today the recipient went to withdraw the money at PnP tills and was given the money LESS R4. No other bank EVER does this. I am disgusted. I am paying fees to have an account, I am paying for transactions and then the person I send money to, ALSO have to pay!!! I am immediately withdrawing my salary and closing this stupid account!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHARKS!!! They offer you and maje promises they do not keep. Once you are signed up they do nithing! Run and don't look back! Simcard is the biggest load of ****... No signal for calls and 60 days before you can port out. Do not let them catch you with their "double data, double airtime"!!!!
Your service is pathetic - I have 3 devices, spoke to 4 different people on your customer service and the phone was put down in my ear. None if my 3 devices work on data. I have been through troubleshooting the connection settings a million times and still nothing. It was PERFECTLY 3 days ago and since yesterday NOTHING. All data is intermitted and unstable. You have partnered with Vodacom and now NOTHING works!!!!!
I have reported an attorney that has issued two divorce cases for the same divorce at the same High Court in order to charge exhorbitant fees and other issues on this attorney too... they did absolutely nothing and basically said I should raise my issue at court. I think they are a joke and only protecting their own like the whole "JUSTICE" system in this country. We need an ombudsman for attorney's - independant and not part of their society.
