Worst service and product Ever. I ordered a Funeral Sheath Large for my father in law's funeral. the flowers arrived late, was a small Funeral Sheath and half the flowers were dead or withered. it was so embarrassing. the Funeral Sheath was supposed to lay on the coffin, we had to use other flowers. Contacted the owner and she was not interested in hearing my complaint. I would give NO STARS, but one have to rate it.
My Son was travelling from JHB to DBN. When he got to DBN, his suite case handle was broken off, BROKEN OFF. how rough does one have to be, to break off the handle, these cases are built pretty tough. paid a good price for them, they are of good quality and not cheap. worst is when I contacted flysafair I was told, they not responsible for the ground staff, so there is nothing they can do. it is like going to a bank and they tell you, they not responsible for the branch.... WHAT THE FUDGE FLYSAFAIR. Bad after service from FlySAfair, as bad as SAA
I think he is working under Debt Sure now. Kevin, I wish I read this before I paid him my hard earned cash. His phone is also now always off.
There is a Boy and he offers great service. always warm and friendly and always smiling. Matthew did my make-up for a function and I was so impressed. also suggested products for me to buy for daily use.

I have 2 dogs, my Hubby sent my Lab for a wash, but more for the cut as her hair is long and she gets terribly hot. when she was returned, she had a red swollen eye. the lady that dropped her proceeded to blame, my dog that stayed home.... this annoys me even more, cause they hurt my dog and then tried to shift the responsibility. My lab is usually very active and a happy dog, last night, she was just laying on the floor, I sat with her, to comfort her.

Bought a Demo model car from Arnold Chatz car Constantia. on hte day we took the car, everything failed, ABD, EBD, SENSORS, Wipers, everything. I asked if i could return the car and cancel the deal, was told NO. So i took it back to them and also pointed out the scratches and broken mats in the car. there was a lot of scratches on the bumper at the bottom, this is still there, not even an attempt to buff it out from the dealership. this morning I noticed what looked like a panel at the bottom of the car is pulling loose. Went back to dealer (this is me having the car fro less than a month) and was told, i must have bumped the car :-(. I am so angry, they are useless and have NO after sales service. I understand a demo is not new, but this car still has a warranty. it is their duty to meet their obligation, especially because I cannot return a faulty car. Be-careful of which dealerships you use, they are chasing commission wit no interest in you.
Part was ordered beginning of July 2018. No feedback or updates. Every time I call for an update, I am told, I have to call their HO or the warehouse and find out whats happening. They were not lazy to take the money for the part, yet, they want the consume to do their jobs to follow up. WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER. DEALER PRINCIPAL NEVER AVAILABLE. PARTS MANAGER NOT HELPFUL AND UNFRIENDLY.
