Bad experience - did not get what I ordered and payed for
The flowers on the website that I ordered and what was delivered to my boss, did not look the same at all. No similarity plus a lot smaller, for a payment of more than R1000.00. I feel completely **********. Will never use them again.

Exceptional Service
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kariemah From Flora Niche Limpopo (Malamulele) and the team for their exceptional service. I was in Johannesburg and needed flowers delivered to Malamulele Village, which was no easy task considering how far it is and the network challenges in the area. Despite all of this, the team went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered for my late partner’s memorial. Kariemah kept me updated every step of the way and was incredibly patient and kind. She calmed me down when I was anxious about the delivery. A special thank you also to Errol for his support and teamwork. As a first-time buyer, I was blown away by the professionalism, empathy, and dedication shown. You truly exceeded my expectations. May this level of service continue to touch many others the same way it touched me. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart and will definitely be coming back! 💐

VERY POOR SERVICE Wanted an urgent delivery for a death in a friends family. Picked Flora Niche as they guaranteed next day delivery. IT DID NOT HAPPEN - Phone calls ignored and follow up emails ignored. I have yet to receive any reply from them. AVOID at all cost. They are better companies who also don't block reviews on their site & Facebook etc...

Unreliable delivery
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. Received a phone call on Saturday morning that you do not deliver on a Saturday. (No mention of this on the website). Promised the flowers will be delivered on Monday. The flowers arrived at 5 on Monday afternoon!! This is utterly ridicilous. No mention on the website of this! Nothing. I asked to be notified when the flowers leave the warehouse, so I can plan my day. Also not done! This was the last time I will ever use your service! Very expensive and UNRELIABLE!

Worst service experienced.
Stay clear of this company. I ordered flowers on Wednesday and were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, called in the morning and they gave confirmation those flowers were going to be delivered. It is a Friday, no one cared to contact me at least to explain why those flowers were not delivered. I called this morning; the lady assisting was in such a hurry to hang up promising she will call me later. It is 3hrs since that call and I am still waiting.
