I just dealt with a gentleman by the name of Wisane. He was able to answer my question very quickly on the whatsapp group and gave all the info I need. Thankyou for your efficiency
My son had a great experience last year through Varsity College when he did his matric exception through them but this year to try and register for his BComm Entrepreneurship degree is a disaster. He has been in twice to try and get it right and still no luck. For a private College charging so much you would think that the student advisors actually knew something about registrations. He has been told he can use some of his credits from last year for this year as well but when he enquires about it no one can help him. Please get people who actually know what is going on.
At the beginning of the year we were notified about a sibling discount that is offered if you have more than 1 child at Varsity College. My husband then phoned Varsity College to find out about the discount and was told not to worry it would automatically be credited to his last months statement so he never needed to do anything. Guess what once again incorrect info given, we did need to apply for the discount so now apparently we have lost out. Any new parents with more than one child at Varsity College please be aware of this clause and make sure you apply early. Terrible service again.
We normally get excellent service from One Plan but are very frustrated at present with a dentist claim as the dentist uses a yoco machine for payments which doed not give slips like a normal speed point machine and One plane wants proof of payment. The dentist has written paid on invoice and statement yet that is not good enough. What do I know do get my claim approved. No help from One Plan they just keep denying my claim.
Such disappointing service. Felt absolutely ripped off. From the time we walked in the prices just kept going up. Even when we came to pay the price had gone up again until another staff member stepped in to help. Even though we paid for Wherl alignment and balancing we never got it as they said their was a problem.with the one from.tyre so we needed to pay R400 to complete the job properly. Enough is enough. Unfortunately sales person Tarish Mohan was just there to make as much money out of the sale as possible with no customer service.
Is it possible to give no stars to this company. Pity they hide behind emails and nobody can actually pick up a phone to talk to you. Would love to have a constructive conversation with some one from this company but unfortunately they only communicate through emails. Just read all reviews before using this company. .
I would like to find out about putting in a claim and if you email them you get an automated response saying someone will get back to you in 2-5 days or maybe longer as they are busy and them when you speak to them on line they say the are escalating your query and someone will get back to me. No reference number given so I must just hope someone gets back to me. Please open a call centre, it will be so much less stressful.

I have been incorrectly billed so i am phoning 082111 to get assistance as I am not winning with the branches and it is impossible to get passed the stupid automated voice to actually speak to someone. No matter which number I push i am never given the option to actually speak to someone.
Vodacom just does not seem to get their billing right. Got a call a few months ago informing us we were behind on our account which surprised me as I have had the same account to about 20 years. Eventually after being pushed from pillar to post it was sorted. Once again yesterday I get a call again we are again in arrears even through I pay every month the amount agreed upon during my last conversation. Really Vodacom get it right. One more thing when a representative phones and cannot get hold of me how about leaving a phone number I can phone you back on as sometimes people are not available when you phone so just leaving a message with the fact you phoned helps no one
