I am beyond frustrated. Apple South Africa has been debiting money from my bank account despite the fact that I do not own a single Apple product, nor do I have an Apple account or ID. This is blatant theft. Because of these unauthorized transactions, I’ve had to freeze my bank accounts and cancel my cards. To make matters worse, I am now being forced to pay the bank out of my own pocket for card replacement fees caused by Apple's lack of security. I want an immediate refund and an explanation of how my card was linked to an account that isn't mine. I have already reported this ***** to my bank, but I expect Apple to take accountability and resolve this.
I can't even show no stars that's how pathetic they are *****ing stars nothing new. Absolute ****. Premium delivery is a lie. I paid for premium next-day delivery. After taking my money, you changed the delivery date to the 30th, split my order without consent, and decided I’ll get items when it suits you. That is not next-day delivery. That’s straight-up misleading. Customer service is a joke. You hide behind emails that get ignored and hope people give up. This is not incompetence, it’s a business model. Either deliver the full order TODAY or tomorrow morning (8–9am) as paid for, or refund the premium fee immediately. Anything else is you charging for a service you don’t provide. I will not be quiet about this. Do your job or stop selling **** “premium” options, atleast bugulars put some effort it your guys go in dry no effort required!
So I apply for uncapped 5g, I wait a whole day for a payment link to get sent to me to both my emails to make payment. Low and behold 2 days later no links go into store and they can't help me either cause of a pending application. Now I sit on a call center to waste airtime to get no where. Can get my router today from store but no get transferred to 7 people and just ****ed off beyond repair to land up no where. Already **** experience can't do **** can't call can't help poor behind the counter takes the fall. Wake up get **** synced
Ordered parts and never received them after demanding money from me. Paid them and they refuse to refund as far as have courier people in on this ****! Stay Away and beware
One place ive never doubted over all my years is Steers until today! I have never been so absolutely disgusted by false advertising and what i assumed was supposed to be a burger before in my life! we ordered lunch a Phando duo meal looks lovely hence not taking whacky wednesdays (cheese lettuce ect ) on pictures until you drive across town to collect it. Return to work super hungry to find raw chips and a soggy bun with one gerkhin and patty on it no cheese and delicious steersness! One place that never use to disappoint me but this is just unacceptable quality food! Needless to say cant make a trip across town to take the dog **** back would cost more deisel than its worth! threw it away dont think homless people deserve raw ****pie food either!
App**** for a contract 2 months ago with a vodacom chatz to no suffice. I app**** now again for a contract with Vodacom online, did all the necessary on 08/11/2023 and to date have not been contacted for un update!! I use to be with vodacom but honestly your service has gone to ****! I have references for the the sent docs for verification and still when i run after you to follow up on what is going on so i can apply somewhere else no one can assist me with the correct information. Can someone just attend to the necessary so i can have time to go apply with a competitor rather. No one seems to know who does what where transfer from one department to the next to get back noting its ridiculous go in store they cant help with this either, its nothing but a run around for a simple answer!!!!!!! Please can someone just get back to me on the status of this application as i am told it expired then it hasnt like i DONT KNOW ANYMORE!!!! I got approved by chats with a payment to pay in and here nothing what is the problem to have people do their jobs add the admin docs to peoples things over a week ago i need this sorted out as i have no way of communicating Unless plugged into a wall with a changer!!!!! sitting not moving incase i miss a call that wasnt made anyways 2 days still nothing. My ref on the supporting docs sent ref number was 182714 and you link it to my profile and let me get an outcome or is it to hard for you people to do the work?!!

From day one countless issues and no answers. I thought Capitec was as nightmare but this is how you conduct business it's appalling. Depositing money into a acc that could take payments due to *********** staff, then the people not confirming if a dam card is coming. Issuing me a card after i had enough running around with no answer's now charging me for the effing card not taking into account that i had spent days of my time out if work trying to just get an account open for my salary to go into and that i have a card so i can transact. The couriers couldnt even dam assist! Countless online banking problems to requesting a card as i had about enough run around. The poor lady at the branch that assist me klast was the only herlpful person out of your entirer ****** company and she helped me with getting the aco**** sorted. Please refund my money on the card as i am a new customer this is distasteful! Not one call not one f****** anything form your uslerss staff and now i must pay more for your stupid site and staff couldnt just given me answers the way i feel i go back to my old back honestly! Train your people to be helpful like Balungile Mahlaba if it wasnt for her i would honesty have just spat on your name! She was a absolute star and picked up all her colleagues lacking and she deserves to be acknowledged and a incentive for outstanding customer support. Her fellow collogue next to er an absolute disgrace to say the least. i will be cancelling this account after month end and go look somewhere else for assistance paying fees just to get set up is f***ed up make money off people for fo**l!!!! Can take both cards and shove them up your a***es! FNB SUCKS!!!
So when you request a certain debit date i love how these ****** consultants just brush you off. I specifically told them to debit me on the 3rd of the month as that is my salary date and despite that i have asked them more than once i asked the consultant 4 times to be exact when taking out a loan they go ahead and debit the money today which was my Childs money for food over the weekend and her school lunches for next week as my salary comes in late. I mean why even bother trying to make ends meet and plan ahead when you get thrown into this kind of **** and nothing you can do about it. none the less i have to beg her father to take her this weekend because that money for her is now gone and my food is running on very low. Thank you capitec for making my case of custody weaker and create an image like i cannot see to my kid. People need to start listening when we say debit a certain date i want this removed rather then have us eft we have selected dates for budget reasons! Absolutely fuming you affecting my child and me now!!! Let this custody battle make me loose full custody you will see me in court this is unacceptable! I will be warning everyone of this **** not to mention if it bounced i must endure the costs i told you people to debit my account on the 3rd of the month ****** hell. I am a single mom and under stress as it is without worrying about food for my kid let alone myself! Why did the consultant just tell me what the issue is that she cant load it for the 3rd but she **** to my 4 times stating she set it for the 3rd i dont need to stress... FFS
What a absolutely wonderful company to deal with. They managed to assist me with a printer head immediately for a specialised printer not anyone in jhb could supply me with in under 3 days but these chaps. Sello by olivedale branch was such a pleasure to deal with and very in point! Really doing a great job and will defiately be using them in furture and refer them to people needing their services. Im still shocked at the amazing stress free level of accuracy not to mention assisting me with my needs and meeting half way! Upon collection of the item ordered the guys were so friendly I felt right at home as if I had dealt with them for years. Sello is an amazing employee representing the trade Office National! Keep it up guys
