After waiting for so long already to have my fibre installed, a booking was made with me for monday 25th of May @10am. Waited the whole day and no one pitched to install my fibre! When you phone Vuma they simply say we dont have contact with the installers. The lady even said that they are still within 14 days installation period! I really dont care if you are still within you installation period, a booking was made and i had to take off work to accommodate your installation and your technician does not pitch up. Not even a phonecall to say we can't make it or reschedule. Up until today i am still waiting for resolution. No care for your clients.

Where to start, on the 22nd of april, i signed up for vodacom fibre (new line). Weeks go by where i had to continuously phone vodacom for feedbaxk, every single time I was told a different story. Then they said they migrated the lines or something and i have to cancel and re-apply for a new fibre contract. This firstly affects my credit score as Vodacom did a credit enquiry twice for the same product. Then an increased price because they are using Vuma fibre. Up until today my fibre is still not installed. I had an appointment scheduled for today. And no one pitched. No call nothing. I had to phone vodacom for an update and guess what! They don't know!! What a complete waste of time. I had to take time off work to attend this appointment and no one shows! And no one can tell me when they are coming. I am at wits end! I am so reluctant to continue dealing with Vodacom! Even when i message their support line on facebook, i only get well get back to you. And guess what again. Thry never did! I am disgusted with the way they handle their clients. Not one person knows what to do. What about stand up from your desk. Get in a company car. And come install my fibre!! Termination box is ready. Come and plug in your ONT box and connect my router. Or give it to me so i can do it myself! So i really hope this review gets to someone who actually gives a damn about their business.
