I have had my credit card locked/paused by the fica department. They requested all sorts of paper work and do not accept my proof of residential address which is not the same as our erf no or postal address. I have spent hours on the telephone with them and have sent many requested papers but now they want a whole lot more. Nothing seems to satisfy them. It seems to be an impossible situation and they obviously no longer want or need my business. I have had a credit card for a number of years, and now they seem to be totally unreasonable. My best recourse now is to cancel the card. Useless fica dept!
the stone steps down to the restaurant are horrendous. There is NO handrail. VERY DANGEROUS!
Steak like tough old boots. We went to the Kraal last week for lunch. The waitress was lovely, friendly and efficient. The ambience is great .We both ordered rump steak. It looked OK but I could not cut it let alone chew it! No less than 3 managers came over and they all just said they apologize. I wrote a review on their inhouse page and I got an apology but I feel they should have dealt with the problem there and then. The manager said he/she would welcome us to another great meal there but I do not want to waste good money and risk another bad experience. They need to train their staff to deal with lousy food. Should have removed the meal and insisted on replacing with a better option. The chef should have tried the steak and immediately replaced it with a better cut of meat.

Goods not marked with prices. horrendous, loud music. Such a pity. It started off so well. Employees not really interested. Dont think I will go again....
<p>Thank you to the headoffice staff. (Joe and Robert) They promised to make good on our previously poor lunch and we returned to take up their offer. The replacement lunch was delicious and the coffee was hot and excellent!</p> <p>Lunch menu prices are still not displayed however. But thanks anyway. We appreciate your gesture.</p>
<p>Went to exclusive books for a light lunch. The chicken mayo open sandwich was R52 and the tuna mayo open sandwich was R72! How can the price difference be justified?</p> <p>The chicken mayo was stringy, really dry and very salty. The tuna was just OK. The service was very poor at the counter where we ordered. We also ordered cappuchino which was luke warm when it arrived. All in all a horrible lunch experience and we will never go back! Phoned customer service who promised to get back to us - but as yet no contact. Mr Richard Short (?) was supposed to contact us.</p>
On 5 Jan, we dropped someone off at King Shaka airport at 5 am. I went to the toilet and was amazed at the unbelievable cacophony of female staff in the toilet titivating themselves in front of the mirror. The shouting was so loud it was unpleasant and unbearable. Is this the way to behave and be a brand ambassador for the airport? I was really disgusted. They looked smart but behaved like banshees! Horrible! It is such a beautiful airport and the ambience was spoiled by these screeching women!
We went to Clark Bay in Ballito on the 4th January with 3 little toddlers. We could not use the rock pools as they were littered with glass and the beach also had broken glass all over it. The only person cleaning up with the Greenearth worker who was doing a sterling job - not a single municipal cleaner was cleaning the beach.<br> <br> Which visitor, overseas or local, in their right mind would come to this ghastly beach. It is dangerous and was most unpleasant. I pay rates to this municipality and they do not do their job properly. Shocking!<br> <br> It needs the municipality cleaners to go into the rock pools and take out all the broken glass! I will not set foot on that beach again and will steer clear of any establishments near that beach.
