Orbit college vs Orlando Pirates ticket not sent to my email but money is deducted from my bank account
I purchased a ticket for Orbit College vs Orlando Pirates yesterday around 12:59, the money was deducted from bank account however the ticket was not sent to my email, I’ve been trying to reach out to their support team to no avail, I sent about 5 emails. The service is so bad.

Poor network coverage
We’ve been having terrible network since Monday/Tuesday in Kagiso. Is this the kind of service we deserve? This is frustrating.

No completion letter
Who else must I contact for NWU Mafikeng campus to give me my completion letter? I was also made aware that I don’t appear on the list of potential graduates, this is daunting for me.

Early registration deadline leaves me stranded
I can’t register for honours because I haven’t received my completion letter, and unfortunately the deadline for registration was today. I’m left stranded. I have contacted every office of the institution to no response.
