I've bought tickets between Orbit and Orlando Pirates which I didn't get but the money was deducted from my account,I sent them several mails and no response.I even call stadium management and they gave me their number but it rang for ever no one answer.

I purchased tickets for Orbit vs Pirates on this platform, and the money was deducted from my account, but I never received the tickets. The match has now passed, and no one is responding to my emails regarding a refund. How do I escalate this matter?

BAD BAD BAD BAD outcome, looks like system crashed when buying tickets for finale Betway game.. money deducted from my account since the 19th May until today 22 May 2026 no email with my tickets 4x tickets..(I want my money back) no response from emails am sending. Am NEVER BUYING FROM THEM EVER

SHOCKING SERVICE
1 star is a generous rating. Shocking service provided by Open Tickets. I bought tickets for Orbit College vs Orlando Pirates on the 19th of May with this email address. Its now Friday 22 May, I am yet to receive my tickets, I bought tickets for me and my whole family and we are still awaiting tickets. I tried to buy four times, payments went through however no tickets received. Thats R1600 of my money gone. Its boderline ******** what open tickets did.

Poor service by openticket
Unreliable especially when it comes to big matches. The most recent experience,i purchased tickets for the last match of the season between Pirates and College. I was charged from my credit card,2 days after sending emails they respond to say the payment wasnt successful,you have to reorder. How do you reorder a sold out match. Number 1 they always use someone like computicket,their system does not work if there is high demand. Number 2 they dont have a call line,meaning its impossible to reach them. You send emails they reply after 2 days or never. Poor service,i will be the first one to vote them out

Poor service and poor communication
This company doesn't care about customers. I bought tickets for a game between Orbit College and Orlando Pirates, the money was debited but I didn't get the tickets. I tried every humanly possible way to contact them; email, phone calls… I was unsuccessful, emails have not been responded to, and phone calls are not being picked up. It's frustrating as this event is taking place about 400km away and I need to plan my trip.
