Poor service and poor communication

This company doesn't care about customers.

I bought tickets for a game between Orbit College and Orlando Pirates, the money was debited but I didn't get the tickets. I tried every humanly possible way to contact them; email, phone calls… I was unsuccessful, emails have not been responded to, and phone calls are not being picked up.

It's frustrating as this event is taking place about 400km away and I need to plan my trip.
