Poor service by openticket

Unreliable especially when it comes to big matches. The most recent experience,i purchased tickets for the last match of the season between Pirates and College. I was charged from my credit card,2 days after sending emails they respond to say the payment wasnt successful,you have to reorder. How do you reorder a sold out match. Number 1 they always use someone like computicket,their system does not work if there is high demand. Number 2 they dont have a call line,meaning its impossible to reach them. You send emails they reply after 2 days or never. Poor service,i will be the first one to vote them out
