I have logged a complaint and then fnb trying to phone me while i am at work then inask them to phone me concerning my ***** situation thats being left for months now and then they dont phone me back and then my app says complqint has bren closed. Shows you how much fnb really valurs their customers
I have posted a complaint on various platforms in order to try and get the correct assistance but i am hopeless. Money was taken out if my account which they hold and which i trusted with and then when i ask where is the money gone or who deducted it then they say they cant do anything the bank was blocked from access to them. How does that work really? I get provided details where as the exact same details is found on google and its invalid contact numbers and emails that dont exist. I want to take this futher since this happened last year September and i am still not receiving feedback regarding this issue. I hope that fnb realizes how much a big of an impact this has on my credit score due to their incompetence.
I have made payment and paid my truworths account and i am still recieving text messages where my account is in arrears and that it has been handed over to blake and associates. The worst part is that this account was to help build my credit score but instead its f*#@ it up. Then the numbers provided to phone does not ring. I am considering opening a case against both parties as both is incapable of doing their job.
I have a 3 oay account that i managed to get in order to build my credit score and the last time i used it recently and they phoned me saying i have an outstanding balance of x amount but when logging on online it was half the amount they said i have to pay. Now i havent had a chance to get to a store and neither did i ask for them to disturb me at work 25 times a day. Now its showing on my credit score that im in arrears but it hasnt even been the full 3 months outstanding only one month since there is confusion on the amount. This is pathetic and i hope that they could understand that one doesnt sit at home waiting for them to call. Now im just sitting with a issue breaking down my credit score. Cp was refunded leaving me in negative with cp and i did not request a refund. And there is no helpful topic for this
Please can fnb contact me for assistance as i am tired of this issue moving in circles. I look like a crazy oerson on hello peter because of this is only place that gets a company to call you back. Fnb please assist me as i wouldve thought 14 years with you guy8s would atleast gain me something of a relationship to get sorted out or helped atleast
If one agrees on a arrangement made why the hell will you still keep on adding intrest and send emails about blacklisting. If anyone can think logical im sure this company cant. Worst service ever. Fast to loan you cash or call to give cash but doesn't report on time payments to the credit bureau but wants to threaten a oerson that has more evidence than what they think they got. They are the worst and i am soreading this on all 114 platforms socially
These people dis not do their job I have answered every time blake associates phoned and as i answer they end the call. So dont think you going tonsay you did phone if you ended the call. I have tild hp attorneys the exact same thing that i am unemployed and will make payment as soin as i work again. Now i am starting a new job but you guys are really making my life miserable. Why does fnb evwn use them.
I am really suprised and have been proven wrong by Nedbank. I never expected Nedbank to surpass FNB so much with their services and they way that Nedbank resolved my issue was something that I never experienced from ANY OTHER COMPANY that i camr accross. I was having an issue with debit orders that was going off of my account and i had not juzt Nedbank on the line but Nedbank went futher and has found the people responsible for this on the line aswell and we sortex it out under 5min. Where as FNB just keep telling you they have been blocked by the service provider so they cant do anything yet they tell you to phone the service provider. If you dont know the service provider how is that going to get you any futher. So thank you NEDBANK, I would mention the lady who assisted me but i dont want any privacy or so on rules broken. But i take my hat off for you Nedbank and i will recommend you to everyone i meet and no more FNB.
I have spoken with countless agents or consultants explaining to each one that i am currently unemployed and so i made payment arrangements. Note that all the airtime and time and effort for sending emails with documents are clearly not important to them since it does contain the proof that i can pay on the date that we agreed on. Now i am getting threatened on being blacklisted but now the question is who isnt doing their job. I have done what i can but someone is greedy for money and doesnt seem to see all the on time payments i have made in the past. MPOWAFIN disgrace for a company. Even when you phone them you dont end a call with problem solved. I rate mpowafin negative 5 stars because they cant seem to understand unemployment and payment arrangements
