I recently visited the Petworld XXL Somerset West store, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The store is well-stocked with a fantastic range of products, and I found everything I needed for my pets without any hassle. What really stood out, though, was the staff. I had a few questions about a new type of food, and one of the team members, much like the 'Moeti Patricia' mentioned in other reviews, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their genuine enthusiasm for animals made the visit even better. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that the checkout process felt a little slow, but it's a minor point compared to the overall positive experience. For anyone looking for quality pet supplies and friendly, informed service, Petworld XXL Somerset West is definitely worth a visit!

Just wanted to drop a quick positive note about my experience with FirstShop. I was looking for a specific monitor mount that was sold out everywhere, and they actually had it in stock at a great price. Great Car and a Smooth Purchase - A Very Positive Experience
I recently bought a 2014 Volkswagen Polo from WP Motors, and I'm very happy with the purchase. The car itself is in excellent condition for its year and drives perfectly. It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The sales process was smooth and professional. The salesperson I worked with was helpful and not at all pushy, making the whole experience feel easy. The paperwork and finance part were handled efficiently, and I felt well-informed at every step. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is a very minor one. After the sale, I had a small question about the service history, and while I did get a response, it took a little follow-up on my part. It wasn't a big deal, but a slightly quicker response would have made the experience flawless. Overall, I would definitely recommend WP Motors to anyone looking for a reliable used car. They offer great vehicles and a stress-free buying process. I'm thoroughly enjoying my Polo and am very satisfied with my decision to buy from them.
