I took a life cover with 1 life and they stated that I won't be covered until I have done blood tests but they still went on to deduct my account and when I request that they refund my money they refused and canceled my policy. What nonsense is this.
Don't even deserve a single star. How do you say the accounts are open,the hold is removed yet cant still transact. I don't know what game you all are playing but I am going to expose you to the world.
So unprofessional and poor,from day one their internet never worked. We made countless calls,whatsapp messages and emails,still non of their technician could find the problem. From there they just ignore your messages, they will tell you that someone will contact you but they never do. Its been almost 7 months now since I unplugged their device and asked them to come and fetch it, now they claiming that I owe them for the internet they have provided, which one? Because your device has been off since you couldn't find the why it's not working. It's been 3 months now asking them to disconnect their line since they cannot offer us the service we asked for,they playing games,telling you someone will call or they disconnect but when the other service provider tries to connect to our home,it still says pluxnet is connected. They don't deserve even a 1 star rating. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PLUXNET,THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND *******.
I fully settled my account, Since then, I have sent multiple emails and made several calls requesting my official paid-up letter. All requests have been ignored or met with unfulfilled promises. The delay is negatively impacting my credit record. I have proof of payment and written records of all communication. I expect my paid-up letter to be sent to my email immediately.
