I bought items that doesn't fit me properly on the left hand is small and tight then on the right hand it's loose so I went to Letlhabile mall CJ store to ask for a refund due to pay just now they refused to assist me I also went to CJ Madibeng mall they also refused to assist me I left items at the store and the proof of purchase they told me that they will call me after they resolve the matter I'm still waiting for their call so what makes me worried is that if they give me back those items what am I gonna do with them so please 🙏 assist me because the reason why I forced them to refund me it is because after 30 days they won't assist me that's what I told them

Ever since I sent the documents that Capitec bank requested dut to *****ulent incident I had they said the gonna text on WhatsApp or call they never did and this is the second complain 😒 for one matter

Capitect bank asked me to send an email due to *****ulent case I did that then I called them letting them know that I have sent an emal it says queued within 5 days that they requested so now it seems like it becomes my falt because they received the email the following day which is yesterday they never send me any reply because they were asking for statement from police station, id that is certified and also the affidavit and case numbere to assist me with my money back but they didn't even hesitate they are now closed the case which was not my fault that they had more emails that they never checked on

I bought items and I decided to to a refund to takealot they have collected the Item then they never processed my refund the also asked me for a proof due to payflex I have sent it they said they will fix it through email address on the finance department and they told me they refunded it but I haven't received it I've also responded them through email and I'm making follow-up as well but they never come back to me they didn't even process my refund

I bought items at Shein then that was items I didn't expect so I lodged for a refund they Baffalo logistics they came and collected the items then they took items and shein didn't refund me last year on 2024 December till now they never called or email me been calling Baffalo logistics they said they see the order they will take it to shein but I haven't receive anything from them I still have proof with me

I bought a pie from king PtaBloedStreet pie on the 28 October 2025 that is rotten so I called them same night they told me that branch manager will call me as soon as they get my detsils I still have the pie with me it doesn't taste good at all I would've returned it but because I'm staying far and I dont have time I'm always at school

They have took my package 📦 that was supposed to be refunded during December 3024 even now they never call me or bring back my package been calling them ans sending emails doing follow-up about my package even today they didn't give me my money or my package back see the following attachment I had a bad experience because they didn't come back to me the package was supposed to be taken to shein so they made mistake they took ot to Temo and only to find out that the window period expired on shein side but even today they never called me or telling me how to do things I ended up calling asking them about my package they said it is with them at the warehouse till today and I said because it's your fault please refund me or bring back my package they haven't been stressing about this matter
