horrible quality
Please do not sell the frozen pies if the quality of those is so horrible! there was barely a teas**** of filling in all 8 pies..... you really would hope for the same quality you would buy at the King Pies branches...

SPOILLED PIES
I’m really disappointed with my experience at King's Pie Dobsonville today. I bought two pies for R80, one for myself and one for my cousin, and both pies were off, clearly rotten. The taste and smell were not fresh at all, and we couldn’t even finish eating them. When customers buy food, we trust that it is safe and properly prepared. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. I hope management looks into their food quality and freshness because no customer should pay for food that isn’t fit to eat. And the lady who served me didn't care because her level of service is -20...This doesn't deserve a star

Dont waste you rmoney on King Pie box of pies.
So I bought a box of pies almost a month ago now, and when i opened the box th epies were brocken, I sent King pie a message on their website and i complained on their Facebook page and on Hello Peter, and todate no communication, when they did reply to my last hellp peter compalint they told me to call them but I cannot see the details as Hello peter protects every ones privacy and their contact details were all blocked, I email again and still no response trhe the brocken pies. I will say dont buy the box of pies from king pie, they might be brocken and You will never get a reply or replacement . I am so dissapointed in this brand.

Worst service ever!
Yesterday I went to King pie in Promenade Mitchells plain. And I when I tell you I received the worst service ever I kid you not. When I got at the store there was queue but I firstly wanted to ask if what I’m looking for they have it at the store. I got a girl named Asenathi I greeted and when I just opened my mouth to ask without even listening to she dismissed me just like that. And when she eventually rep**** she gave the worst attitude ever. King pie needs to take their staff for customer service training as they dealing with people and cannot render such bad service

Good day Please note I am fuming right now because of the experience I have received with your pie🤮 I'm phusical revulsion. Can someone please explain to me what in the is this? Can you guys eat that? How did it pass dispatch department when it's like this? Is the plastic and paper part of the pie or meat. I am so angry right now knowing that I bought this pie with a open heart next thing I don't even get to finish it. If I get sick King Pie just know I'll take further steps on this. I'll be posting on social media as well so people can see what's going on.

King Pie still has not responded to my complaint about the broken pies. !!
Todate still no response about the brocken pies in the box I bought. I will never support this company/ brand again. !! I will take my hard earned money and purchase from another brand.

Double Charge for 1 pie
Good Day I went to King Pie 28 November 2025 Bought 1 pie was charged for 2 went back to king pie with the proof of my bank statement as I swiped my card but staff and manager on duty had attitude. Phoned an area Manager Mr Evidence but he couldn't help me said he wasn't going to do send me that areas manager's contact but I'm still waiting

No response to brocken King Pie's... !!
I bought 2 boxes of King Pie's from Makro Amanzimtotie, only to get home to find that the one box, was filled with Brocken pies... I contacted King Pie via their website for a reference number, no response. I messaged them via Facebook, only to be told that they would have someone look I to the matter, no response, I have emailed King Pie no response, I have tried. Calling them and ran out of airtime waiting to speak to a consultant, I have reported to posting images on their Facebook page and again no reply, it's almost a week... Not just the Brocken pies are bad but also King Pie's customer service.
