I app**** to change to another plan sent application twice and then they canceled my membership which was wrong and won't reinstate it
I have been trying to open a simple, easy account for 2 days, and it has been approved, but nothing shows up on my accounts. I am an existing customer. The number I called for assistance is useless. It seems as if nobody cares
I have now submitted a claim for a refund for the money that I have paid to the doctor. I have submitted it online, 2 X via email, and even filed a complaint on the website. Yet to date, my claim does not appear on my profile.
I sent through an ADDITIONAL script for Tegritol 200mg to them. It should not have REPLACED the current valid script of 400mg Tegritol. Yesterday they only sent me the 200mg, but no 400mg (120 tablets) that my husband urgently needs to prevent his epilepsy. I phoned this morning at 08:00 to correct the mistake and was promised that a pharmacist would call me. It is now 13:15 and nobody has called me back. I need the medicine urgently and have given up on calling and begging for assistance. Pathetic Service.
I have been waiting for my husband's EPILEPSY medicine since 30 August 2025. Received an SMS on 3 September 2025 stating that it would be delivered on that day. Still waiting, phoned every day, and they promised every time that it would be delivered that day, but still no medicine. I had to buy some cash from a pharmacy to pretend that he had a seizure. I am fed up and want my medicine delivered today. I have never seen such pathetic service in my life. do not care about the patients .

My Bosch washing machine broke and I reported it on 28 March 2025 to Makro. They booked a service at Bosch since the machine is still under warrantee. Bosch requested a confirmation from Makro that I do not have to pay a call out fee. I contacted Makro 2 x telephonically and 1 x via e-mail in this regard and every time they promised to inform Bosch. To date Bosch did not receive any such information and cancelled the assessment order on 25 April 2025. This is unacceptable, and I want this problem to be resolved ASAP.
I have paid what I owe in November 2024 already but is struggling to get a paid-up letter out of them. Pathetic service
