WORST SERVICE, UNTIDY PEP SHOP IN SA..!
This PEP Heathway is badly managed you wait long to make a payment. Always having slow moving queue because there is always one cashier serving customers. They short staffed yet they claim they have enough staff, they on leave. It is so untidy inside this shop, coachroaches are visible at sweets stall. I wish I can give them 0/5 if that option was there. The terrible & worst PEP shop in SA surprisingly they in Northcliff..!

Ambushing customers in arrears with baseless and lawless threats!
They do ******* CAR REPOSSESIONS where their Christo Schoeman, their car collector guy shows up in your house without any appointment to collect a car when there were no single legal documents have been served to you before, not even a letter of demand by email before. Nothing at all in writing except sms threats for repossession. It is only after you have asked for that he says we offering you a voluntary surrendering offer when yo already indicated you would attend the account on a date he dismisses. They take advantage of many customers who lack an understanding on the laws of this country and that of their consumer rights and taking advantage in abusing their position as a bank. They send threats with calls, emails and sms when no court of the law was approached first. No summons, no court order. These cruel, ******* industry operations have to stop now!

They cant cook
They sell undercooked tasteless wet fish meals. If I cvan I would give them zero, really bad food, I have tried them a few times already. Their staff cant cook at all

Very disorganized Wimpy
They let customers arriving in one sit on family tables then customers coming as group would sit where its uncomfortable. Why dont they make it a policy for people arriving as one to sstrictly sit at a table of one/two people? The noise is also very high inside here.

Totally barbaric staff behaviour
The staff is disrespectful when they call out orders. They shout out too loud expressing anger while customers are just in front of the collecyion counter. This is really unprofessional.
