A whole **** in my opinion. My husband and I went the for a networking event. I ordered Quesidillas for R130 and my husband a pulled pork Burger for R185. I was brought a side plate with 4 or 5 small triangles of what looked like toast or bread, with the thinnest filling. I didn't even bother trying to eat it because there was no way I was paying R130 for that. My husband also ended up having to send his burger back because it was so dry he could hardly swallow it. I have had amazing, filling Quesedillas for much less. We've had amazing burgers at other establishments for much less. Their food and drinks are overpriced and underwhelming and the music is too loud to even be able to have a conversation. I don't think I'll ever go to another tigers milk in my life!!
An absolute terrible plumber. He came to fix leaking taps in my bathroom and knocked out the side of the bath and never came back to repair it. It's been years. He fixes taps I'm my kitchen only for them to start leaking again. My bathroom started leaking again too. He leaves work unfinished but still gets paid in full. He has had people have to take him to court to get their money back for unfinished work. An absolute ***** and a *****.
After being a loyal customer for over 12 years, even backing and supporting them when their servers went down for a week impacting my business, o received the most hostile, rudest treatment when trying to resolve an issue and then they blocked.me.on their whatsapp number. The agent or I suspect owner was rude, hostile and abusive while I was trying to resolve a matter. What kind of service provider blocks their clients via their support channels especially clients who have been loyal since they started their business. I'm disgusted!
I have been taking my kids to the Playhouse for years. I have had 3 birthdays there. The staff is friendly, the owners are warm, welcoming and accomodating. There is so much to do there for all ages. My older kids love the pool tables and air hockey, my younger kids go absolutely wild for the playground. Everything is always clean and safe. I will go back again and again and again. I hope the playhouse is around for many more years to come.

I am absolutely disgusted and heartbroken. I had R393 in my account yesterday. I spent R181 and R26, which means I should have had R186 left. This morning, my account suddenly shows -R50. There are no visible transactions or descriptions explaining where this money went. This is not just frustrating—it’s devastating. This is money I’ve been stretching carefully to cover basic needs like petrol, toilet paper, and groceries. I was left humiliated at the till, unable to pay for essentials for my family. I am a single parent, and every cent counts. When money disappears for no reason, it has real consequences for real people. I reached out to secure chat support. At first, I was told they were "aware of the issue." No explanation, no apology, no timeline. Then the support consultant simply stopped replying. I sat there waiting for help, while my situation grew more urgent. This lack of care is unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s a pattern across our accounts. Money disappears and no one at the bank takes accountability or gives a proper explanation. How are we supposed to trust your services when our hard-earned money just vanishes? I demand a full and urgent breakdown of all transactions in the last 48 hours, an investigation into this ongoing issue, and proper customer support that doesn’t leave people in the dark. Enough is enough. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman if I do not receive a proper and immediate response.
