The worst company ever. I made a withdrawal and they are refusing to pay out giving me different times for custom off.
Raised a complaint regarding banking charges and up until this day have I not received any response and the bank charges are crazy
I got in contact with Nedbank via the chat service and as soon as I explain my query the chat service gets disconnected. I need assistance because my bank balance is not adding up however the agent disconnected the chat without assisting. I asked for an email address or chat line for the ***** department as I cannot take calls during the day
I have had the worse experience with the online casino Sunbet. Every second spin would give me an error message and the funds are deducted on every soin that give you an error
Mr price customer service has been the worse. Whenever one has a query they assist by taking your details as soon as it gets to resolving the query they would simply just end the chat.
So I have been with Lewis for some time now and have been making payments on a regular basis because of the debit order that I have in place. However due to *****ulent activity I had to change my banking details in January this. I then when to lewis store in town center to advise that I have to update my banking details because the details they do have the account has been closed down. The agent that assisted at the time advised and assured me that the debbit order is still active and that payment will be successful. I then went back and forth with the advisor telling him that I had to close down the bank account and have to update the details. I was then told there is no need for that because it is still active on their end. I have been receiving text regarding loan options but I am being told that I cannot get the loan because my account is in arrears. I the left and I am now being told that the goods will be collected due to none payment. This has been the worse and stressful. Because now I am being held liable for a missed payment in which I took the responsibility to have the details updated but was assured by an advisor that the payment will still go through. They are refusing to assist with the loan option even though I have asked them once again taking responsibility to the deduct the amount in arrears from the loan I am applying for. JUST WOW!!! I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE THEIR WAY FORWARD REGARDING THIS AS I DONT THINK OR FEEL THAT I SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE FOR AN AGENT WHO MISADVISED ME.
This has been the worse service ever. I ordered three meals from Macdonalds liberty promenade and only received two cooldrinks. As took the package the food fell out of the package cause the bag was wet where the food was in. The presentation was messy and soggy. I did not bother eating it was really upsetting. I would prefer my R180 refund for this order.
The worse customer service ever. I received a text regarding credit I could apply for. I then app**** and have been waiting on a response. I have then asked via chat how long the process takes for a second time and the agent reacted with a laughing emoji and up until now still no response. I felt humiliated by the agents (Ashlynne mitchells plain branch)behaviour. There is a constant delay in responses and the agents almost never responds to text.
Woolworths is absolutely amazing. Someone took a loan out on my name since last year I have been receiving calls from these idiot agents and I keep on advising that I did not take out any loan amount for the said amount. I have even sent through the requested affadavit but up until now I am receiving call asking for payments. Whenever I ask to be transferred to the relevant dept I am placed on extended holds and the call drops. Yet every 5 minutes their agents would call. I have even sent emails and not once have I received any response.
