Dotsure. Highly recommended.
I recently upped my pet insurance to include some illnesses. My cat has just had biliary and I claimed 50% of my vet bills which had come to about R1 800. Dotsure paid out the same day as I claimed and I have only ever had good and prompt service from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PET INSURANCE.

Excellent service for complaint logged.
At last spoke to somebody who understood my problem. TOZAMILE SIKHENJANA. Superb service. Listened to my problem instead of trying to tell me I have to pay for a call out. Polite. Knew what I was talking about. Excellent service. Thank you.

Car rental made easy.

Job well done.
My car went in for a panel beating job to De Jonghs Panel Beaters at the Strand. My car came back like new. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Vodacom bad service
I have a contract with Vodacom where unused minutes etc are carried forward. This has not been happening. Logged a complaint ref number 1- ********** ********** . On 08 April told it has been finalised. Still waiting for minutes etc to be carried forward.

This is service.
I went in to MTN Whalecoast Mall Herm**** to renew a contract. The service that I received was exceptional. My contract is only worth R99 per month, but I was treated like a million rand customer. Thank you Paul and Jondray. A really good experience.

I am insured with Santam. Had a car accident, not my fault. Claimed through Santam and have just received my excess back. Great service all the way

Wonderful service from ladies in reception
My car went in for a service to Volkswagen Herm****. Honestly, those 3 ladies in reception deserve bouquets. Knew what they were doing and were just so kind and polite and pleasant. A really grat experience

Appalling Service
<p>Trying to get a tax certificate from Absa has proved impossible. Only way is to go into the bank. Tried to do it online and only got part of the information. Tried telephone help, gave up after hanging on for 6 minutes.</p>
