Poor customer service
Good Monring , Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. Instead of being available on the floor to assist, staff seemed more interested in sitting in the back of the store. As a customer, you expect at least basic assistance and a welcoming attitude, but unfortunately that was not the case. Definitely not the level of service I would expect. Store location. Fourways crossing
